To subdue malignant diseases and epilepsy, please descend! Visualize in this way, accompanied by the emanation and retraction of light, holding the mantra cord, and recite the root mantra: Om Vajra Pani Chanda Maha Roshana Hum Phet! Om Ah Hum Svaha! Khrom Garuda Tsale Tsale Hum Phet! Recite the hundred-syllable mantra, etc., and the twenty-one purification mantras, etc., of the seven baths. The special instruction is: In the heart of the secret lord, clearly visualize the wisdom being as before, recite the two root mantras and Shanti Kuru Ye, reciting as much as possible. During the breaks between sessions, perform the secret lord's torma offering. Let Yam Kham purify. Om Ah Hum bless. After the root mantra, add: Idam Balinda Kha Kha Khahi Khahi, offer with seven or three times of blessing, visualize the tongue as a Vajra tube, guiding the essence of the torma with light, and after enjoying it, pray for the desired activities. Offer conch shells and dharma conches to the vase deity, and the vase deity transforms into light and dissolves into the nectar. During this time, if someone is bound by poison and needs detoxification, purify the image of the planetary deities and Nagas.
