Rest after doing three small 'bebs' (movements). Similarly, visualize all the channels of the throat chakra filled with flames. Roll the head and turn the neck. Assume the lotus position, then undo it, and strike small 'bebs'. Then, also meditate on the channels of the crown chakra being filled with flames as before. Rub the front and back of the forehead with the palms. Support with the knees, shake the head, and strike small 'bebs'. Like this, for each chakra, until warmth and bliss arise, gradually strive for three nights, etc. The key is to make the chakra power strong. Then, from the channels of the crown chakra, rays of flame shoot upwards, striking Hūṃ (ཧྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable), and visualize unbearable bliss arising. Forcefully, in a half-lotus position, clench the fists, support with the knees, control the breath while standing, and press down with the two palms without quite touching the crown of the head. Join the heels of the feet, point the toes upwards, spread the knees outwards, lower and straighten the body. Recite Āḥ Hūṃ (ཨ་ཧྃ,āḥ hūṃ,āḥ hūṃ,seed syllable), shake the body, and finally bend and join the knees. Do one forceful 'beb' and three small 'bebs' measuring one cubit, then rest, lying down comfortably. From Hūṃ (ཧྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable), drops of bliss, like drops of mercury, eight white, clear, oily, and radiant drops descend, filling the crown chakra. Offer to the heroes and ḍākinīs residing there, obtain the vase empowerment, purify the obscurations of the body, generate the wisdom of joy in the continuum, be able to meditate on the yoga of form, and become a fortunate one for the Nirmāṇakāya (emanation body). Visualize the body filled with warmth and bliss. In the vajra posture, control the breath, strike the front and back of the forehead with the palms, support the head with the knees, shake it, and do the intermediate 'beb'. Afterwards, cultivate the subsequent wisdom of joy. The seven drops descend to the throat, filling the petals of the enjoyment chakra. Offer to the heroes and ḍākinīs residing there, obtain the secret empowerment, purify the obscurations of speech, generate the supreme wisdom of joy in the continuum, be able to meditate on self-generation and blessings, and become a fortunate one for the Sambhogakāya (enjoyment body). Visualize speech filled with power. Vajra, raise the head and bend it forward. At that time, close the eyes, suppress the breath, rub the face downwards with the palms, support with the left knee, strike the neck with the four fingers of the right hand, do the intermediate 'beb', and afterwards cultivate the subsequent wisdom. The six drops descend to the heart, filling the petals of the dharma chakra. Offer to the heroes and ḍākinīs residing there, obtain the third empowerment, purify the obscurations of mind, generate the special wisdom of joy, be able to meditate on transference with skillful means, and become a fortunate one for the Dharmakāya (truth body). Visualize the mind filled with realization. Vajra, rotate the breasts, strike the armpits, scratch the back, strike the front and back once slightly with the palms, and do the intermediate 'beb'. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Do it three times, maintaining the natural state. The five bindus descend to the navel chakra, filling all the petals of the Nirmanakaya chakra. There, offer to the heroes and dakinis, receive the third initiation, purify the mental obscurations, generate the wisdom of co-emergent bliss, contemplate the Mahamudra, and become a fortunate one of the Svabhavikakaya (Essence Body). Visualize body, speech, and mind as the three vajras, extend one leg halfway, make fists and support the ground, shake and rise up, strike the left and right ribs with your elbows, do one big descent and three intermediate descents, then maintain the natural state of awareness. Again, visualize a bindu of bliss, as it falls downwards, it touches the fire, the fire blazes intensely, the bindu splashes upwards, the flames spread throughout the four chakras and the entire body inside and out, purifying the impure skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas, everything becomes the form of great bliss and purity, the bindus transform into five-colored light, all of which dissolves into oneself, the experience and realization of bliss and emptiness burn indescribably, the body and mind feel an unbearable shaking, the bindus surge and grow, the vapor of bliss transforms into rays of five-colored light, visualize the light radiating about an arm's length. At this time, visualize the lower end of the central channel, in the hollow of the bone tube, with the unchanging green and yellow syllable 'ཕཊ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, meaning: destroy), like a diamond, tightly blocking the channel. The flames dissolve into the pure 'ཨ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, meaning: unborn), the bindus fill the entire body, visualize bliss and emptiness abiding immovably. Extend one leg halfway, smear upwards, strike the ground with fists on the left and right, do one outward descent and three small descents, then maintain the natural state of bliss and emptiness. In particular, tighten the lower wind intensely, block the running channels, focus the mind on the syllable 'ཕཊ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, meaning: destroy), and remain unmoving. In order to return upwards again, all the bindus below the navel gradually gather and become one, use the syllable 'ཕཊ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, meaning: destroy) to shoot it upwards, filling the navel chakra, the Nirmanakaya chakra, manifesting the wisdom of joy, the fire of bliss also burns upwards, all the bindus of the navel chakra, the Nirmanakaya chakra, return upwards, filling the heart chakra, the Dharmakaya chakra, manifesting the wisdom of supreme joy, use fire and wind to push it upwards, all the bindus of the heart chakra, the Dharmakaya chakra, return upwards, filling the throat chakra, the Sambhogakaya chakra, especially manifesting the wisdom of special joy, use the power of fire and wind to vigorously propel it, all the bindus of the throat chakra, the Sambhogakaya chakra, return upwards without remainder, filling the crown chakra, the Mahasukha chakra, manifesting the co-emergent wisdom. When all of this happens, focus awareness on the syllable 'ཧྃ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, seed syllable) at the crown of the head, do the Tummo practice of half-tiger vomiting. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
