Cherish it again and again, then contract the body strongly by four fingers. Especially pull the lower wind strongly, collapse the abdomen inward, and attach it to the back. Raise the head, press the root of the tongue against the palate, and roll the eyeballs upward. Twist and pull left and right, cherish with 'Ha, Ha!' Vibrate upwards, launching the root tremor. Rise up abruptly and then drop down heavily, shaking the body. Recognize your own nature in bliss and emptiness wisdom. Then, in order to spread the bindu, all the bodhicitta of the great bliss wheel pervades the entire upper and lower body through the main and minor channels. Contemplate the bliss and emptiness wisdom becoming stable. Half-standing, roll the head left and right, bending and stretching. Rub the face with the palms, applying pressure. Throw and retract fists, striking the upper arms. Alternate left and right, flapping vigorously. Strike the ribs with the elbows, and swipe the breasts and shoulders, three times on the back. Then, with the heels of the two feet together, plant the toes on the ground and straighten up as before. Cross the two hands in front of the breasts. Looking left and right, exhale to the limit. Press the wind itself down into the lower abdomen. Strike the vajra's landing place forcefully. Again, do three intermediate strikes, and then leave the awareness in a state of pervasive expanse. Again, half-lying on the back, draw the lower wind slightly inward with the mind. Stretch out the four limbs, rolling left and right. Do three back drops and three crouch drops, and then rest in the state of primordial purity. All the methods of prostration, sitting, reversing, and spreading are for drawing in bliss and wisdom. The feelings of body and mind are sudden bliss, and that too is a method of drawing in wisdom. This is called great bliss wisdom, which always resides in the hearts of embodied beings. It is unpolluted, possessing the wisdom of a Buddha, unchanging, and unmoving, the very essence of Shri Heruka (梵文:Śrī Heruka). It is the great self-nature that is constant in the three times, a space-like, non-conceptual realm, unthinkable, inexpressible, beyond example. Although it has no cause or condition, when the wind and mind naturally cease through methods, one clearly sees the great bliss of one's own place. It does not come from elsewhere, but is born together, the ultimate intention of the Buddhas. Thus, when one's own body is workable, choose a woman of sixteen years, whose body and channels are free from disease, not declining, but flourishing in youth. Carefully examine the five families, such as the lotus-holder, without error, as in the common way. Invite her with methods, substances, mantras, and mudras. Explain the common Dharma, purify her mind-stream, and also bestow empowerments that suit her vessel. Explain the distinctions of the strict vows, and bestow the profound yoga of generation and completion stages. Even until she is somewhat stable, have her meditate without interruption in four sessions. When she has become somewhat accustomed, then begin the secret conduct in a secluded room. This is also accomplished through gazing, smiling, touching body parts, and bliss. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
