Now, one should enter and practice the wheel of wisdom that is completely pure, appearing as the nature of the chief and retinue of the inner essence wisdom dakinis. By repeatedly practicing like this, when the clear appearance is stable in one-pointedness, the knot of the central channel is untied and opened. The external signs of the wind-mind gathering there are the experiences of smoke, mirages, fireflies, and so on; the internal signs are the arising of many experiences of bliss, clarity, non-conceptuality, and so on. The ultimate accomplishment of calm abiding meditation will be achieved, and so on. The way in which temporary and ultimate benefits arise is as stated in the text itself: 'Through the practice of one-pointedness, the central channel opens; the internal and external signs of the wind-mind gathering appear; meditation is supremely accomplished; all activities are accomplished by merely uttering words; the body is blissful and possesses strength; untimely death and obstacles are pacified; lifespan is extended, aging is slowed, the senses are clear; through stable practice, immortality is achieved.' This meditation sequence comes from the Kalachakra Root Tantra, which says: 'In the center of E (藏文:ཨེ་,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:E) is the Vam (藏文:ཝཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Vam) syllable itself, the place of bliss for all Buddhas. This Vajrasattva of space, through union with body, speech, and mind, the bindu is the moon, the essence is the body; the dust to be separated is speech; the A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) is darkness, is mind; the space element exists in I (藏文:ཨི་,梵文天城体:इ,梵文罗马拟音:i,汉语字面意思:I).' The Hevajra Second Chapter Tantra says: 'The beautiful part of E (藏文:ཨེ་,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:E), adorned in the center with Vam (藏文:ཝཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Vam), is the abode of all bliss, the precious treasure of the Buddhas.' As these say, by meditating on the form of the union of method and wisdom, E-Vam (藏文:ཨེ་ཝཾ,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:E-Vam), the basis of all discussions in the unsurpassed tantras, in accordance with the way it abides as the basis, one uses it as the path, thereby accomplishing the state of union. This is the essence of all samadhis, In particular, in the Explanatory Tantra Ocean it says: 'The indestructible bindu is in the shape of Vam (藏文:ཝཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Vam), manifesting bliss in oneself.' The Vajra Mirror Tantra says: 'That which dwells in the heart of beings is the self-born, undefiled wisdom body, the indestructible great bliss bindu, pervading all like the sky, is the nature of the non-abiding Dharmakaya.' The meaning of these words is that in the center of the heart, where the five pure essences gather, the pure essence of the mind, the bindu of the heart of wisdom, exists in the form of the syllable Vam (藏文:ཝཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Vam), empty, clear, and unobstructed. By focusing on this, one generates the wisdom of great bliss, which is extremely profound. As the Five Stages says: 'The one bindu that always abides in the heart does not change; the person who meditates on it will certainly...' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wisdom will arise.' As it is said, just as a lamp illuminates itself, this does not depend on other external conditions, but manifests bliss clearly by its own nature. Therefore, in the completion stages of the Mother Tantras, such as the Five-Step Bell and others, all the profound essences of practice, whether in elaborate or concise methods, are gathered here. Especially the yoga of Tummo (fierce woman). Third, regarding the special yoga of Tummo, there are three parts: generating heat, increasing bliss, and explaining the five limbs of the doctrine. First is generating heat: the key to the body is to sit in the vajra posture, keeping the spine straight, and crossing the legs and hands, forming the six-bound fireplace. The key to visualization is to visualize oneself as the body of a wisdom dakini, in emptiness, with a straight blue central channel in the center, possessing four characteristics. The upper end is at the crown chakra, and the lower end is four fingers below the navel, open like a 'Ha' syllable. On the right is the red Roma channel, and on the left is the red Kyangma channel, both thinner than the central channel, arranged like three strands of rope. The upper ends of Roma and Kyangma curve downward from the crown and hook into the left and right nostrils like hooks. The lower ends enter the central channel below the navel in an upward and downward reversed manner. The crown chakra is the thirty-two-petaled white Great Bliss Wheel. The throat chakra is the sixteen-petaled red Enjoyment Wheel. The heart chakra is the eight-petaled blue Memory Wheel. The navel chakra is the sixty-four-petaled yellow Emanation Wheel. These channels branch out from the central channel like the ribs of an umbrella, forming a union shape, empty like the hollow of a reed. Visualize them as clear, bright, and free from impurities, clear and definite. Then, in the center of the crown chakra, visualize a white 'Hum' syllable (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), with the nature of nectar, head pointing downwards. In the center of the heart chakra, visualize a white 'Bam' syllable (藏文:བཾ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Bam) with a slightly reddish hue. Below the navel, visualize the Tummo wisdom fire, a red 'Ram' syllable (藏文:རཾ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:Ram), clearly and distinctly. At the beginning of the session, exhale nine times. In subsequent sessions, repeat three times each. Bind the vase breath with four combinations below the navel. The air inhaled from the left nostril passes through the Roma and Kyangma channels and goes below the navel, from the Tummo 'Ram' syllable (藏文:རཾ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:Ram) a very thin flame arises, like the tip of a wild animal's hair, like a flickering electric spark, flashing with red light. When it reaches the navel, the navel chakra is filled with fire, and the chakra burns away all the impurities of the elements that pervade the body, the essence increases like mercury, visualize the chakra as full. Signs appear. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
