为了检验，去往坟地等险恶恐怖之地，按照续部所说的苦行进行修持。但如果没有足够的能力，就进行抛弃尸体的断魔仪轨。将所有生起的分别念都送入空性的法界中。彻底斩断执着于我的傲慢。一般来说，对于在见地上获得稳固的人来说，对外境显现不予重视，如同孩童般的行为；对于获得中等稳固的人来说，没有希望和恐惧的束缚，随所显现直接斩断，如同疯子般的行为；对于获得极大稳固的人来说，对任何事物都没有恐惧和畏惧，如同狮子般的行为。在各种处所和地方游历，进行苦行，从而获得与居住在那里的勇士和空行母们一同修行的力量，最终在空行大乐的刹土中成就俱生金刚瑜伽母的果位。对于自己没有证悟的秘密，却向他人宣讲；将秘密赤裸裸地暴露等等所有过失，在根本上师益西空行（智慧空行）面前忏悔。 愿此（忏悔）永远消除一切障碍，赐予清净。此乃言简意赅、具有空行母气息的教言。对于修持甚深秘密的修行者来说，愿一切障碍平息，证悟自然增长。愿能毫不费力地获得二种成就。愿生生世世都得到根本上师益西空行的摄受，最终到达秘密道的尽头。愿能证得法界自在、会供之主、大乐女王以及双运大乐金刚之身。应早期宁玛派教法的根本命脉，多康佐钦寺的堪布喇嘛，集学识、戒律、贤善于一身的贡却伟瑟（宝光）的恳请，以及其他具信之人的请求，由企美丹尼永仲林巴（无死教法二洲）在圣地匝布隆第二处——宗肖德谢杜巴大殿中撰写了这部浓缩了甚深精要的窍诀，一部简明扼要的引导文，愿吉祥增长！

For the sake of testing, go to fierce and terrifying places such as cemeteries, and practice the ascetic conduct described in the tantras. However, if you do not have sufficient ability, perform the Chöd (severance) practice of abandoning corpses. Send all arising thoughts into the realm of emptiness. Completely cut off the pride of clinging to self. In general, for those who have gained stability in the view, they do not value appearances, behaving like children; for those who have gained moderate stability, they are free from the bonds of hope and fear, directly cutting through whatever arises, behaving like madmen; for those who have gained great stability, they have no fear or apprehension of anything, behaving like lions. Traveling to various places and realms, practicing asceticism, thereby gaining the power to practice together with the heroes and dakinis residing there, and ultimately attaining the state of coemergent Vajrayogini in the realm of great bliss. Confess all faults such as explaining secrets to others that you have not realized yourself, and exposing secrets nakedly, before the Lama Yeshe Khandro (Wisdom Dakini). May this (confession) always grant purity, eliminating all obscurations. This is a concise teaching with the breath of the dakinis. For practitioners who practice the profound secrets, may all obstacles be pacified, and realization naturally increase. May you effortlessly attain the two siddhis (accomplishments). May you be cared for by the Lama Yeshe Khandro in all lifetimes, and finally reach the end of the secret path. May you attain the body of Dharmadhatu's wealth, the Lord of Gatherings, the Great Bliss Queen, and the Union of Great Bliss Vajra.
