In the instant a thought arises, without any judgment, affirmation, negation, or alteration, but as soon as it arises, seize it with mindfulness, let the thought dissolve on its own, so that the thought is liberated into emptiness, without arising again. Awareness will abide in its own place. In short, remove conceptual thinking experiences, do not let the attachments of views and meditation pollute it, in the natural face of self-awareness, merely maintain the clear awakening of mindfulness of the Dharma, apart from that, all the proliferations of mind and mental factors, expand them into the unconditioned, primordial purity of the Dharmadhatu, and abide in it. In this way, the channels, winds, and bindus will mature into a stainless, clear state. Realize the ultimate co-emergent great bliss wisdom, stable and unchanging, thereby seeing the truth of the Dharma, and apply it to the union of the path of practice. If one wishes to quickly accomplish the ultimate Vajra Body, Speech, and Mind, one can attain wisdom. As the scripture says: 'With the supreme, unchanging samadhi, the meaning of co-emergence will manifest, the light of true seeing is vast, the Vidyadhara who has accomplished it as it is, if one wishes to quickly attain the ultimate, the fruit of Body and Wisdom will be obtained.' Furthermore, common accomplishments will also arise naturally. As the Tantra says: 'Temporary worldly results, such as freedom of life and freedom of enjoyment, whether common or uncommon, will be effortlessly and naturally accomplished.' Next is the post-meditation yoga path: Third, the method of practicing post-meditation yoga is: As mentioned above, the foundation of the Vajrayana path is the vase initiation, secret initiation, wisdom initiation, and fourth initiation, these four profound paths of initiation, essential and concise, including the yoga of form, the yoga of mantra, the yoga of tummo, and the yoga of Dharmata. Practitioners should gradually cultivate in sequence, starting from the preliminaries, and after experiencing the previous practices, then enter the subsequent actual practices in order. For those who are sudden enlighten, they can choose the practice that suits them according to their wishes and capacities. For those who practice all at once, they can directly recognize naked awareness through Guru Yoga, and maintain the continuity of this state. For beginners, the day can be divided into four or six sessions, etc. The important thing is to shorten the time of each session, increase the number of sessions, and maintain clarity and non-distraction during concentration. At the end of each session, hold it with Bodhicitta, completely dedicate the merits, and make extensive aspirations, including common and uncommon aspirations. During the breaks between sessions, do not lose the experience of the session, maintain mindfulness, and integrate it into daily behavior. Practice Vajra dance when walking, practice the spontaneous power of great bliss when moving, and regard food and drink as wisdom nectar, offering it to the Buddhas of the body mandala, as an inner Ganachakra. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Focus on the 'vaṃ' (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: वं) syllable in the heart. When arising, from the luminosity of emptiness, manifest the illusory deity form. Even having realized the view beyond mind, meticulously adhere to the law of cause and effect. Completely sever attachment to ordinary appearances, regard appearances as deities, sounds as mantras, and thoughts as the play of the Dharmakaya. In the samaya of the winds, directly control the central channel wind. In the samaya of tummo, fix the mind on the blazing appearance of the navel fire. In the samaya of bindus, it is crucial to never be separated from sustaining the essence of the self-experience of bliss. When diligently engaging in such practice and reaching a critical point, just as smoke arises before fire, first, past sins and obscurations will be stirred up, outwardly manifesting obstacles of bodily disturbances, inwardly manifesting obstacles of channels, winds, bindus, dullness and agitation in meditation, secretly manifesting obstacles of samadhi and mental disturbances, and so forth, extremely many subtle, coarse, high, and low experiences will occur. Whatever arises, do not have hope, fear, affirmation, or negation, sever the knots of attachment. Combine experiences with practice, transform them into assistance, and transform them into the path. Without losing the self-sustaining nature of awareness, maintain the essence, and like a snake knot unraveling on its own, all obstacles will naturally dissolve, and experiences will increase. To enhance the effectiveness of all these practices, generate great renunciation for samsara. Cultivate unbearable compassion for sentient beings. Since the lama is the king of dispelling obstacles and enhancing effectiveness, firmly believe that the lama is the embodiment of all three roots. Vigorously exert boundless intense devotion, and supplicate with unreserved earnestness. In the unaltered state of the natural condition, blend the lama's mind and one's own mind. Taking appearances and existence as the basis, enhance the realization of the Great Perfection of the completion stage and indivisible bliss and emptiness, thereby enhancing the yoga of form. Relying on the forceful method of binding, like in a dark room, gather the objects, faculties, and consciousnesses inward, and stabilize the luminosity of the signs of day and night, thereby enhancing the mantra yoga. Through maturing one's own body, the yogi who has attained freedom to enter another's body, through profound methods of taking the essence of the Ḍākinī with the lotus, practices the immortal vajra life, accomplishing the unchangeable great bliss body. Enhance the yoga of Mahamudra, and stabilize realization. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
