Above, visualize a white 'ཨོཾ' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) at the crown of the head; a red 'ཨོཾ' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) at the center of the throat; a blue 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at the heart center; a reddish-yellow 'ཨཱཿ' (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) at the navel center; and a green 'ཧོཿ' (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Devanagari: होः, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal meaning: Hoh) at the secret place. At the base of the jewel, visualize 'ཨཱཿ' (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah); at the waist, 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum); and at the tip, the letter 'ཨོཾ' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) blazing with light. Visualize the essence of the deities, the bindus, the nature of bliss, with red and white radiance, clearly in the petals of the channels and the subtle channels of the twenty-four places, the four limbs, and the four major joints. By practicing the vase breathing (kumbhaka), imagine that all the channels, elements, and bindus are transformed into the nature of bliss, and increase the experience of bliss while deepening the understanding of emptiness. Then, visualize in front of you a beautiful and youthful maiden, as if known from the past, whose mere remembrance can stir unbearable bliss, displaying amorous gestures. Recite 'ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ༔' (samaya stvam), urging with the gestures of desire. She replies, 'ས་མ་ཡ་ཧོཿ' (samaya ho). Urge with the gestures of union, reciting 'རཱ་ག་ཡ་ཧོཿ' (rāga ya ho), and she replies, 'རཱ་ག་ཡ་མི༔' (rāga ya mi), gazing with languid eyes. Utter sounds like 'སིད་' (si) and 'ཧ་' (ha), engage in caressing, kissing, and sucking the lips and tongue, greatly stimulating desire, revealing the secret channel, and reaching into the embrace. In an instant, visualize the Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal (Wisdom Lake Queen), with a reddish-white complexion, full of amorous gestures, adorned with all ornaments, a body of light like an illusion of appearance and emptiness, with the channels, wheels, and letters clearly visualized. In the center of the secret lotus, visualize the letter 'ཨ་' (Tibetan: ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) adorning the tip of the beautiful channel. Recite 'ཛཿ' (dza) to touch, 'ཧཱུྃ་' (hum) to embrace, and 'བཾ་' (bam) to unite. For the benefit of all beings, generate the realization of co-emergent bliss through this special method, and clearly generate the aspiration. Recite 'ཧོཿ' (ho), and through the encouragement of the father deity and the actions of the mother deity, stimulate bliss, causing the stream of bodhicitta to descend from the 'ཧཾ་' (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Ham) at the crown of the head. The essence of the channels and other elements also gathers, filling the central channel above the eyebrows. Generate the wisdom of joy. Imagine that the joy increases and pervades all the channels, reaching the perfection of bliss, and tighten the vase breathing at the crown of the head. Remain for a while in a state of non-discrimination, which will be explained in later stages. Then, gradually descend to the throat, producing supreme joy; descend to the heart, producing special joy; from the navel and secret place, reach the tip of the jewel, experiencing the wisdom of co-emergent joy, making it pervasive and stable. At this time, visualize the central channels of the father and mother deities, the rising and entering of breath, the red and white bindus, the union of the sphere of reality and wisdom, that is, the wisdom of bliss and emptiness of the four unions is manifested, which are the four joys of descending. Then, the essence, like sesame seeds... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
