Then, reaffirm your resolve and practice diligently. When conviction arises, visualize yourself clearly as the wisdom Ḍākiṇī body, composed solely of wind and mind, complete with the maṇḍala. From that body, radiate boundless rays of light, the nature of bliss and emptiness, pervading all vessels and contents, thereby completely purifying the clinging to self and other, and all thoughts of the three poisons. All appearances of form are the body of the wisdom Ḍākiṇī, inseparable from bliss, wind, and mind, appearing as emptiness. All sounds are the sound of the self-arisen vajra mantra, sounding as emptiness. All memories and thoughts arise as the path of clear light wisdom, awareness as emptiness, and hold your mind on this. Intensely remember the bardo state. Whatever thoughts arise, blend them with the three vajras (body, speech, and mind). Blend desire with bliss and emptiness, hatred with clarity and emptiness, ignorance with awareness and emptiness, pride with deity appearance or non-thought, and jealousy with pure appearance, elevating them to higher states. By taking the illusory body and other practices as the path and diligently practicing, it will naturally arise without needing to deliberately meditate, thus severing the bardo. In general, at all times, abandon attachment and clinging to the appearances of this life. By maintaining a constant awareness of the uncertainty of death and a strong remembrance of the bardo state, you will quickly attain accomplishment. The Ultimate Dharma Yoga The fourth is the ultimate Dharma Yoga, which has two parts: the actual Dharma Seal and the enhancement of the Great Seal Yoga. The first part also has two aspects: relying on one's own skillful means and relying on another messenger. The first is: after experiencing the above-mentioned yogas in a way that is appropriate, then engage in the practice of this yoga. First, purify your mindstream in an appropriate manner. On a comfortable cushion, sit in a posture that possesses the qualities of meditation. Visualize yourself instantaneously transforming into Vajra Garland Power (Wrathful Padmasambhava), with a dark blue body color, like the hue of lapis lazuli. The two hands hold a vajra and a bell, possessing a graceful and charming demeanor, blazing with splendor. Adorned with silk, jewels, and bone ornaments, seated in a half-lotus posture on a lotus and moon cushion. Clearly visualize his body as clear on the outside and bright on the inside, with the nature of light. In the center of the body, there is the central channel, white on the outside and red on the inside. On the right and left are the right and left channels. Four chakras. From below the navel, the three channels merge into one tube, piercing through to the tip of the vajra jewel. At the locations of the four chakras, the three channels also merge into one tube, and from there, the channel petals spread out like umbrella ribs. Above the crown chakra, there is the bodhicitta bindu, whose nature is the syllable 'Haṃ' (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,meaning: seed syllable, representing wisdom) facing downwards. In the center of the chakra, there is the syllable 'Hūṃ' (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,meaning: seed syllable, representing emptiness). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
