Radiating light, pervading samsara and nirvana, I beseech that my diminished lifespan and the essence of all existence be transformed into immortal nectar. Through the heart syllable HRĪḤ (ཧྲཱིཿ，ह्रीः，hrīḥ，Great Origin), revitalize life. May I restore the diminished life and power, attain eternal life, and Vajra wisdom. Recite: OM ĀḤ HŪṂ VAJRA GURU PADMA ĀYU JÑĀNA SARVA SIDDHI HŪṂ. Thus, invoke, summon, and enhance life force, waving the arrow of life, and generating profound longing. HRĪḤ (ཧྲཱིཿ，ह्रीः，hrīḥ，Great Origin)! From the palace of clear light essence, gather the unchanging secret of the Dharmakaya; from the play of awareness, arise with retinue. Draw forth the life essence of great wisdom; from the palace of bliss-emptiness essence, manifest the complete Sambhogakaya, the power of the skull garland; arise from the play of the fourfold retinue, draw forth the eternal life essence. From the palace of compassion taming beings, inspire the vow of the Nirmanakaya Vidyadhara; together with the swift messengers, draw forth the life essence of all existence; from the palace of indivisible primordiality, manifest the essence of great bliss. Arise with retinue from the play of awareness, draw forth the life essence of the Vajra three kayas; may I restore the diminished life force, integrate the life of the outer world and inner beings into the yogi's body, speech, and mind, dissolve the obstacles of channels, winds, and bindus. Radiate the splendor of ageless youth, enhance the experience of health and happiness, I beseech you to bestow the supreme accomplishment of the immortal life empowerment Vidyadhara. Recite mantras, burn incense, play music, and finally seal with the indivisible mudra. HRĪḤ (ཧྲཱིཿ，ह्रीः，hrīḥ，Great Origin)! Integrate the essence of samsara and nirvana into the indestructible life-force bindu, seal the unchanging eternity with the light of the Vajra armor. VAJRA ĀYUṢE JÑĀNA RAKṢA HŪṂ! By continuously practicing thus, one will accomplish the wisdom of the immortal mudra, even by diligently practicing for a week, one will surely eliminate the obstacles to life. Whether in dreams or in reality, one may see auspicious signs such as the rising sun and moon, drinking nectar, obtaining a Vajra, or directly witnessing majestic life sustenance. When seeing auspicious signs such as the increase of practice items, one should grandly celebrate the accomplishment. Samaya! For निश्चित (niścita, निश्चित, निश्चित, certain) accomplishment, the practice sequence of the great yogi is: First, engage in recitation and practice, obtain warmth, in a secluded, joyful, and desirable place, carefully observe and understand the foundation, then measure the appearing scenery with precious items. Offer tormas to the invisible gods, nagas, and earth lords, invoke with sincerity, purify through the power of action and samadhi, fully accept and dispel obstacles, firmly visualize the protection wheel.
