I prostrate and praise the Five Sugatas! Praising with this shloka. The deities of empowerment, with various auspicious signs, placed the self-arisen blissful vase on the five places of the crown of the head, thus bestowing empowerment. Placing the bhanda (skull cup) on the crown of the head, recite: Om! The vessel is the expanse of Dharmadhatu wisdom, the essence is the great Vajra Krodheshvari. By empowering the complete vessel and essence, may the Sugata lineage be spontaneously accomplished! Om Vajra Bhairavi Krodhi Kali Abhishincha Om! (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བྷ་ར་ཧི་ཀྲོ་དྷཱི་ཀཱ་ལི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra bhārahi krodhī kāli abhiṣiñca oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Bhairavi, Wrathful, Kali, Abhisheka, Om!) By empowering the complete vessel and essence, may the Vajra lineage be spontaneously accomplished! Om Ha Vajra Dakini Abhishincha Hum! The vessel is the expanse of equality wisdom, the essence is Ratna Dakini. By empowering the complete vessel and essence, may the Ratna lineage be spontaneously accomplished! Placing it on the back of the head, recite: Hrih! The vessel is the expanse of discriminating wisdom, the essence is Padma Dakini. By empowering the complete vessel and essence, may the Padma lineage be spontaneously accomplished! Om Ni Padma Dakini Abhishincha Hrih! (藏文：ཨོཾ་ནི་པདྨ་དྷཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱི༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ni padma ḍākinī abhiṣiñca hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Om, Ni, Padma, Dakini, Abhisheka, Hrih!) Placing it on the left back of the ear, recite: Ah! The vessel is the expanse of accomplishing wisdom, the essence is Karma Dakini. By empowering the complete vessel and essence, may the Karma lineage be spontaneously accomplished! Om Sa Karma Dakini Abhishincha Ah! (藏文：ཨོཾ་ས་ཀརྨ་དྷཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sa karma ḍākinī abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：Om, Sa, Karma, Dakini, Abhisheka, Ah!) Thus empowered, the stream of Bodhicitta enters from the five places of the crown of the head, the five afflictions are purified into great bliss, and the five skandhas are transformed into the five Buddhas. From the stability of the waves of the stream at the crown of the head, the five families of Heruka adorn the head. Again, placing the bhanda in the three places, recite: Hum Ah Om! The Dakinis of the three vajras of all Buddhas, by empowering the three primordial gates, may body, speech, and mind be accomplished! Om Sarva Dakini Citta Jnana Atma Ko'ham!
