Blessing by reciting 'Om Karma Dakini Hum Phet'. Then perform the Tsok offering and cast the wisdom flower to seek permission. In the actual empowerment, the disciples are brought out from bathing, obstacles are cleared and the protective circle is visualized. Clearly generate Bodhicitta and explain the distinctions of the Dharma. Here, the all-pervading Kuntuzangpo Heruka (Tibetan: ཀུན་བཟང་ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿ) Father and Mother, in order to subdue those who cannot be subdued by peaceful means with wrathful activities, and to maintain the great secret Tantras, oral transmissions, and profound instructions in the world for a long time, manifested countless mudras of the wisdom realm and arrogant messengers of karma. Here, Guru Padmasambhava (Tibetan: པདྨ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ་) and the great translator Vairotsana (Tibetan: བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ན) condensed it into the heart essence instructions, which is the Dharma treasure related to the three categories of Dzogchen, the protectors section. Among them, there are two forms: wisdom beings and arrogant beings. First, in the mandala of the Dakini of the wisdom realm, the secret cycle of Dakinis, the steep pass of the Eight Great Commands, the Queen of the Wrathful Mother of the Dhyingchuk, the empowerment is conferred. After completing the preparations that one should do, offer the mandala. In front of the Guru and the main deity of the mandala, who are inseparable, prostrate and make supplications, repeating the following: 'Ho! Blissful gone one, Lama Je! Lord of all Siddhis, Yidam Deva! Queen of the Dakinis, hear my plea! Grant us entry into this great mandala!' (Recite three times) Giving permission is universally heard: 'In this place of the Dakinis, whoever is not destined to enter, knowing the methods of the vehicle, possessing pure lineage and merit, such ones are allowed to enter, as the Victorious Ones have said. Therefore, purify and accumulate merit.' In the supreme secret mandala, the nature of the wisdom Dakinis, completely perfect, all refuge objects of the three times and ten directions, inherently complete. Taking refuge in the manner of non-duality of space and wisdom, generating Bodhicitta in the state of self-arising and self-illuminating, and in the state of vastness of accumulating merit and purification of obscurations in the view of realizing the ultimate truth, repeat these: 'The essence itself is completely pure, the perfect Buddha,' etc., like the preliminary guide of the secret cycle Yidam, repeat the refuge, Bodhicitta, and accumulation of merit. Proclaiming the Samaya: 'In this mandala of the wisdom Dakinis, I will truly admit you. Whatever is spoken in the supreme Tantra, all vows must be able to be kept.' After such admonition, common and individual... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
