All the sins, obscurations, faults, and downfalls accumulated since beginningless time, especially the root and branch vows that have been violated and broken, are all confessed and fulfilled with offerings of desirable objects. SAMAYA SHUDDHE AH (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཨ，meaning: purify the vows). Third, the Final Liberation: Proceed with the request. Gather the goddesses of desirable objects of the Tsog offering into oneself with the syllable HUM, or cut them off before the blessing, and it is not necessary to cut off the Linga separately. In any case, PADMA MAHA SHRI HERUKA HUM (Tibetan: པདྨ་མ་ཧཱ་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀོ྅་ཧཾཿ), I am the form of Padma Heruka. Homage! Homage to the Three Jewels! NRI YAM JA (Tibetan: ནྲྀ་ཡཾ་ཛཿ), NRI VAJRA ANKUSHA JA (Tibetan: ནྲྀ་བཛྲ་ཨངྐུ་ཤ་ཛཿ), TRI YAM JA (Tibetan: ཏྲི་ཡཾ་ཛཿ), TRI VAJRA ANKUSHA JA (Tibetan: ཏྲི་བཛྲ་ཨངྐུ་ཤ་ཛཿ). SARVA VIGHNAN SHATRUN MARAYA KHA KHA KHAHI KHAHI (Tibetan: སརྦ་བིགྷྣཱན་ཤ་ཏྲཱུན་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི༔), HA HA HI HI HUM HUM PHAT (Tibetan: ཧ་ཧ་ཧི་ཧི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ྄༔). Second, Receiving Empowerment is divided into two: Entering the Mandala and Receiving Empowerment. The former is divided into five: Requesting, Blessing, Throwing Flowers, Opening the Eyes, and Showing the Mandala. Third, the actual request, join palms: Kye Ho! Compassionate Guru, please liberate us from Samsara, please lead us into the supreme city of liberation. Second, Descending Blessing: Without clinging to the reality of the three doors, visualize the great and powerful Hayagriva with a red body, holding a curved knife and skull cup in a dancing posture, with a swastika rotating to the left in his heart, and a sow-faced mother dancing above.
