关于见地，安住，时机和明晰的禅定；以及从轮回中解脱三界一切众生；和无有过去、现在、未来三时聚散的见地；以及明晰的真言、手印和禅定；以及方便与智慧的显现和运用；对于吝啬和阻碍的食物和财物，以善巧方便的光芒形式给予和接受；为了利益众生而供养圣者；秘密真言的见地和行为不被他人所知；因为深不可测而说谎；以及息增怀诛的事业和猛烈的真言；如同经续中所说的那样；如果已经行持却没有修持，请宽恕；关于需要了解的五个誓言，五蕴和五种识，五根；五大元素和五种欲妙；五种颜色和五种药物等等；从五种姓和五种智慧的自性中；了知五种姓的佛母，如是说；如同诸佛的教言中所说的那样；因为智慧浅薄而没有证悟，违背了经续，请宽恕；关于需要修持的五个誓言，内外情器世间一切万法；本来就是五方佛的自性；虽然不在我之外安住；因为理解和觉悟的力量微弱；没有成为证悟的境界，请宽恕；过去一年中的荟供；荟供和会供食物的资具稀少；违背了金刚上师的心意；违背了誓言和空行母的誓言；违背了经文和教言，我忏悔；见地没有断除；行为没有舍弃；如果誓言破损，罪过无法忍受；金刚恶魔会饮用我的心血；寿命短促，疾病缠身，财富消失，被敌人恐吓；以及在地狱中极其恐怖；感受无法忍受的痛苦；如果我的誓言破损，通过忏悔；所有破损和缺失都得以恢复；愿获得伟大地位的果位；愿三世诸佛加持我；愿誓言圆满，空行母守护我；从无二秘密的法界中光芒升起；如同虚空般清净，没有分别念；因为往昔的誓愿，请您抓住我； 请您向我展示如意身；请您从持明成就的法界中赐予我；诸天和非天，十方瑜伽士们；永不违越金刚的誓言；三根本和二十五支；觉知和不觉知，无明和誓言破损；祈愿我能从违背誓言的过失中解脱；我因破戒而感到痛苦，我忏悔。

Regarding the view, abiding, timing, and clarity of samadhi; and liberating all beings of the three realms from samsara; and the view without the gathering and scattering of the three times of past, present, and future; and the clarity of mantra, mudra, and samadhi; and the manifestation and application of skillful means and wisdom; for food and wealth that are stingy and obstructive, giving and receiving in the form of skillful means of light; offering to the noble ones for the benefit of sentient beings; the view and conduct of secret mantra not known by others; because it is unfathomable, telling lies; and the activities of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful mantras; just as it is said in the scriptures and tantras; if I have practiced but not cultivated, please forgive me; Regarding the five vows to be understood, the five aggregates and the five consciousnesses, the five senses; the five elements and the five objects of desire; the five colors and the five medicines, and so on; from the nature of the five families and the five wisdoms; know the five consorts of the five families, thus it is said; just as it is said in the teachings of the Buddhas; because of weak wisdom, I have not realized it, violating the scriptures and tantras, please forgive me; Regarding the five vows to be practiced, all phenomena of the outer and inner worlds and the universe; are inherently the nature of the five Buddhas; although they do not abide outside of my essence; because the power of understanding and awareness is weak; not becoming the state of realization, please forgive me; The tsok offering that has passed in the year and month; the resources for tsok and feast offerings are scarce; violating the mind of the Vajra Master; violating the vows and the vows of the dakinis; violating the scriptures and teachings, I confess; The view has not been cut off; The conduct has not been abandoned; if the vows are broken, the transgression is unbearable; the Vajra demon will drink my heart's blood; short life, many diseases, wealth disappears, threatened by enemies; and in the hells, extremely terrifying; experiencing unbearable suffering; if my vows are broken, through confession; all broken and missing parts are restored; may I attain the fruit of great status; may the Buddhas of the three times bless me; may the vows be fulfilled, may the dakinis protect me; from the realm of non-duality, light arises; as pure as the sky, without conceptual thoughts; because of the vows of the past, please hold me; Please show me the wish-fulfilling body; please grant me from the realm of vidyadhara accomplishment; the gods and asuras, the yogis of the ten directions; never transgressing the Vajra vows; the three roots and the twenty-five branches; awareness and unawareness, ignorance and broken vows; may I be freed from the faults of broken vows; I am suffering from broken vows, I confess. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
