如果（轮回的痛苦）没有止息，那么当死亡降临，身心分离之时，我将与善知识和道友分离，被阎罗狱卒带走。 那时，世间的亲友都无法相救，我将独自被业力牵引。 那时，我将没有任何的救护，所以不要拖延，不要被其他事情分散注意力，现在就应该精进修行。 像我这样被业力折磨的众生，从无始以来就一直持有错误的观念。 因此，我们无法从三界轮回中解脱，经历了无数劫的生死。 我们无数次地获得有形的身体，又无数次地死去，积累的血肉骨骼可以与世界一样大。 积累的脓血可以与大海一样多，积累的业力更是无法想象，无法言说。 我们无数次地经历三界轮回的生死，所作所为毫无意义，白白浪费了时间。 在无数次的生命中，哪怕只有一次生命，我们能将全部精力用于追求无上菩提。 那么，我们所做的一切都会变得有意义，最终获得解脱。 然而，业力的力量强大，烦恼的力量强大，我们不断地获得血肉之躯，在轮回中漂泊。 我们被困在难以忍受的痛苦轮回的监狱里，遭受着难以忍受的剧烈痛苦。 所有这些罪业都源于我们自己的业力，愿大慈大悲者切断恶业之流。 祈请您平息烦恼和业力的狂风！ 由于无明和邪见的强大力量，我们永远迷失在无知的黑暗中。 难道智慧之灯的光芒不能驱散这黑暗吗？ 如果罪业的果报难以忍受，难道大慈大悲者不会展现他的力量吗？ 如果我们坠入邪见的深渊，难道您不会迅速伸出慈悲之手来拯救我们吗？ 如果我们被三种毒药折磨，难道您不会用巧妙的慈悲之药来医治我们吗？ 如果业力的果报如火焰般燃烧，难道您不会降下慈悲的清凉之水吗？ 如果我们沉溺于痛苦的轮回泥潭中，难道您不会用巧妙的慈悲之钩来拯救我们吗？ 在三界轮回中饱受折磨之后，当我们最终获得果报时，即使祈求圣者的慈悲也无济于事。 如果我们被自己的业力所控制，那么赞美您的慈悲又有什么用呢？ 勇士啊，您拥有慈悲的力量，但如果过去的业力如此强大，难道您会袖手旁观，放任不管吗？ 请不要懈怠，请以慈悲的目光关注我们，救度我们这些可怜的众生！ 请将我们从轮回的泥潭中救出，迅速引导我们证得三身（藏文：སྐུ་གསུམ，梵文天城体：त्रिकाय，梵文罗马拟音：trikāya，汉语字面意思：三身）的无上果位！ 第三，通过语言之门进行净化：

If (the suffering of samsara) does not cease, then when death comes and body and mind separate, I will be separated from my spiritual friends and companions, and be led away by the messengers of Yama (Lord of Death). At that time, worldly relatives and friends will be of no help, and I will be led away alone by the force of karma. At that time, I will have no protector or refuge, so do not delay, do not be distracted by other things, but strive diligently now. Like me, beings tormented by karma have held wrong views since beginningless time. Therefore, we cannot be liberated from the three realms of samsara, and have experienced countless eons of births and deaths. We have taken countless tangible bodies and died countless times, accumulating flesh and bones as vast as the world. The accumulated pus and blood is as much as the great ocean, and the accumulated karma is unimaginable and unspeakable. We have experienced countless births and deaths in the three realms, but our actions have been meaningless, and we have wasted our time. In countless lives, if we could dedicate even one lifetime to pursuing the supreme Bodhi (Enlightenment). Then everything we do would become meaningful, and we would eventually attain liberation. However, the power of karma is strong, and the power of afflictions is strong, so we constantly take on bodies of flesh and blood and wander in samsara. We are trapped in the unbearable prison of suffering samsara, enduring unbearable and intense suffering. All these misdeeds arise from our own karma, may the Great Compassionate One cut off the stream of negative karma. Please pacify the winds of afflictions and karma! Due to the powerful force of ignorance and wrong views, we are forever lost in the darkness of unknowing. Can't the light of the lamp of wisdom dispel this darkness? If the ripening of negative karma is unbearable, won't the Great Compassionate One manifest his power? If we fall into the abyss of wrong views, won't you quickly extend your compassionate hand to save us? If we are tormented by the three poisons, won't you heal us with the skillful medicine of compassion? If the ripening of karma burns like a flame, won't you send down the cool stream of compassion? If we are sinking in the mud of suffering samsara, won't you save us with the skillful hook of compassion? After being tormented in the three realms of samsara, when we finally receive the results, even praying for the compassion of the saints will be of no avail. If we are controlled by our own karma, then what is the use of praising your compassion? Warrior, you possess the power of compassion, but if past karma is so strong, will you stand idly by and do nothing? Please do not be lazy, please look upon us with compassionate eyes, and save us poor beings! Please rescue us from the mud of samsara and quickly guide us to attain the supreme state of Trikaya (Tibetan: སྐུ་གསུམ，Devanagari: त्रिकाय，IAST: trikāya，Literal meaning: Three Bodies)!
