Rest long in the state of original purity, beyond expression and thought, Then, bliss merges into the embrace of the bindu. That bindu of clear light is also in a state of non-discrimination. Through concealment and habituation, accomplish the great bliss yogic conduct. The Mahamudra of bliss and emptiness symbolized by this method, Is the reality of samsara and nirvana, movement and stillness. Although there is experience, it is difficult to express, Although there is faith, it cannot be described with metaphors. Even if it is manifest, it is not defiled by conceptual thought, This is wisdom, which must be personally realized by each individual. Like the sky, it is uncompounded, And like the moon in water, it is clear and without grasping. The image of the emanation transcends the limits of concepts, Bliss and emptiness are non-dual, appearing in the manner of a metaphor. The five sense consciousnesses are satisfied by bliss, All external objects are the great bliss immeasurable palace. The appearance of the father and mother is the self-born deity of skillful means and wisdom. With the seal of the three vajras, be steadfast. The union of vajra and lotus, Makes the wind-mind bindu, free to do as it pleases. Transform the abode of consciousness, merging into the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, The stainless feeling is a wonderful cloud of offerings. Praise the great qualities with the self-arisen sound of 'Ah Hum'. Relying on the experience of the three unions, Deity, mantra, samadhi, and vows are never interrupted. Through the magic wheel of gathering, reversing, and spreading, Tsok, Torma, Vajra songs and dances, etc., All appearances arise as the play of bliss and emptiness. Samsara and nirvana are based, in the embrace of the great bliss bindu, The profound yogic ritual is complete. The container and contents are all Heruka's Wrathful deity) glorious realm and form, From the supreme bliss, a great blessing descends, The Tathagata Thus Gone One) together with the sons and consorts, Manifest directly, raining down a great rain of flowers. All decline is pacified, and benefit and happiness naturally increase, In the yogi's continuum, the great bliss radiance shines, Without effort, the essence of life and youth is accomplished. The power of truthful words is strong, overwhelming other appearances, Samadhi is unmoving, and accomplishments appear in any way. Sharing the feast with the heroes and yoginis of the twenty-four sacred sites. In short, the consort is to be approached, Through the many branches of approaching and combining, The practice of descending above and stabilizing below is essential. With intention and mind, make the wind-mind workable, Distinguish the great families, and arise as the deity body of union. Exhaling the great breath, make wisdom manifest. Obtain the seal of the lineage, with the symbolic body, Perfect the completion of abandonment and realization, Become one taste with Heruka Wrathful deity) and the field of activity. When the experience of bliss and emptiness is stable in the continuum, Ultimately attain the supreme path of empowerment of the ultimate meaning, Obtain the great fruit of extreme yoga. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Like Vajra Samadhi, one should practice the Great Perfection of Naturalness. Regarding this, from the external perspective, the view of the Mind Section is: to view all external realms as dreamlike; to dismantle the internal faculties into unreal and illusory; the consciousness in between is free from arising, ceasing, and abiding; the secret is, the Alaya consciousness is in a clear and non-conceptual state; the view is, the Primordial Bodhicitta that Creates All; the practice is, effortless spontaneity, abiding in natural appearances; the conduct is, to integrate the path into life, and to attain the fruit. From the internal perspective, the five wisdoms are vast and boundless, pervading all internal and external movements; all phenomena of the past, present, and future, Samsara and Nirvana, have not moved even a particle from the space realm; therefore, the five senses are unobstructed, clear and bright; without movement, transparent in a non-conceptual state; by eliminating the bonds of downward flow, one obtains unpolluted great bliss; abiding in a non-differentiated, non-partisan, and beyond-thought state. In particular, the secret Mind Essence Bindu Section, in order to manifest the essence of self-luminous clarity, first perform the preliminary physical exercises, adopting the Vajra posture; combine the four yogas of the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hum); observe the three states of arising, abiding, and ceasing in the mind, then, introduce, settle, relax, and gather the breath; decide with the view, experience with the practice, enhance with the conduct, and find the fruit within oneself. Regarding this, the essence is primordial pure wisdom, invisible, unspeakable, beyond words and metaphors, not an object of consciousness, primordially in a state of emptiness, Samsara is unestablished, Nirvana is merely a designation, self-existing spontaneously accomplished, the power of unceasing wisdom, like rays of sunlight shooting from the sky, pervading all, abiding in the lifeblood of all, undifferentiated from all, Samsara and Nirvana have no boundaries. These two transcend the elaborations of one and many, the state of union without effort is, invisible, the king of all views, yogis through their own experience, recognize and manifest in the manner of view. After that, experience through practice, the nature of mind is the union of awareness and emptiness, in an instant, the present moment unpolluted by the three times of conceptual thought, abiding as it is, one can see directly and clearly. The distractions of external realms cease, the grasping of inward clinging dissolves in itself, in a state of non-attachment, with effortless relaxation, the Great Equality of Dharmata manifests. At that time, no matter how much the elaborations of conceptual thought arise and gather, they naturally dissolve like water and waves, like a lamp without wind, abiding in one-pointedness, recognizing that state of abiding, even if aware, not clinging, even if clear, without scattering, from non-attachment to non-conceptuality, when Samatha and Vipassanā are united, all actions are in a state of Dharmata's play, the six consciousnesses are not deluded by external objects. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
