Abide in a quiet place, and inwardly cultivate the generation stage, contemplating all phenomena as empty and clear like a reflection in water. Whatever appears is a deity, and know that the deity is one's own mind. Mind and deity are inseparable, and all appearances are deities. Establish all appearances on the basis of the deity, and cultivate the samadhi that evokes experience. Contemplate thangkas, reflections in mirrors, and various wondrous things. Project the image onto clear water, and use this as a support. Focus the mind, eyes, and breath, and cultivate clear appearance. Practice visualizing the deity appearing in dreams. Especially purify attachment to the appearances of samsara. Ultimately perfect the qualities of nirvana, and mature the two stages in the present moment. If one knows this well, one will realize the supreme path. Untie the knots of the channels with profound skillful means. Through the practice of directly controlling the central channel's breath, cultivate freedom of wind and mind. Let the wind and mind naturally clear, and let awareness abide in its natural state. Make the luminosity of tummo stable in both meditative and post-meditative states. Dissolve the bindu into the center of the heart. Based on this, cultivate the samadhi that draws forth great bliss through whatever appears to the six consciousnesses in the realm of illusion without grasping. Especially purify all the habitual patterns of mistaken appearances that are to be purified. Through the profound power of Vajra Yoga, which purifies. By diligently cultivating it, let it grow vast. Thereby manifest the fruit of purification, the wisdom without discrimination. All the conceptual thoughts of the five poisons. Grasp them with the key point of awareness and turn them into the path. When attachment to desire arises. Do not accept or reject it, but nakedly release awareness. Awaken the experience of non-attachment in bliss from within. This is discriminating awareness. When the fierce conceptual thought of hatred arises. Do not follow it, but relax and abide in a natural state. In clarity, without grasping, free from experiential clinging and calculation. This is mirror-like awareness. When the darkness of ignorance arises. Abide in its nature, without accepting or rejecting. In non-conceptual concentration, nakedly manifest the state beyond elaboration. This is the awareness of the dharmadhatu. When the grasping of pride arises. Do not accept or reject it, but let the self-grasping abide in its own nature. Without thinking of anything, abide in the realm of equality. This is the awareness of equality. When the pain of jealousy arises. Freely throw it upon the one who arises. In the absence of self and other, perfect the illusory state of awareness and emptiness. This is accomplishing awareness. If you know this, then all the conceptual thoughts of the five poisons. Will emerge as the essence of the five wisdoms. Even the eighty-four thousand heaps of conceptual thoughts. Will be liberated into great wisdom, like untying a snake knot. In short, whether it is conceptual thought, affliction, deity, or demon. Suffering, sickness, death, hope, or fear. Without accepting or rejecting, abide equally in its nature. Through cultivating self-nature, everything will... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Arises as an increase; especially through the yoga of binding darkness, Emptiness and form are clear, stable, and the life force is bound without wavering, Melt and descend, and everything becomes of equal taste, With unchanging means, unite with the supreme bliss. Furthermore, the essential instructions of the common key are: All faults arise from self-grasping, Therefore, destroy cherished clinging with relative Bodhicitta (བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་, *byaṅ chub sems*, बोधिचित्त, *bodhicitta*, the mind of enlightenment). Uproot it from its source with the view of ultimate freedom from elaboration. Take the inseparability of the two truths as the path of interdependence. Virtues arise from practice, Therefore, cultivate immeasurable compassion for beings equal to space. Generate unbearable devotion to the glorious Lama. Diligently accomplish the accumulation of virtuous collections, both contaminated and uncontaminated. Especially in taking the path of the awareness-emptiness of mind itself, Without wavering for even a moment, do not meditate. Without straying onto the path of one-sided means and wisdom, Generate the confidence of wisdom as a companion to means. Increase various merits as a companion to wisdom. Thus, by taking the path without contradiction, Virtues increase like an ocean in summer. All the stages of grounds and paths, Are accomplished by the union of means and wisdom. When the fruit of training becomes manifest: Self-benefit is perfected, the peaceful Dharmakaya (ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ, *chos kyi sku*, धर्मकाय, *dharmakāya*, the body of dharma); Other-benefit is spontaneously accomplished, the Sambhogakaya (ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་སྐུ, *loṅs spyod rdzogs sku*, सम्भोगकाय, *saṃbhogakāya*, the enjoyment body) of union; Various forms of Nirmanakaya (སྤྲུལ་སྐུ, *sprul sku*, निर्माणकाय, *nirmāṇakāya*, the emanation body) skillfully adapt to those to be tamed. The appearance aspect is not mixed separately, and manifests enlightenment; The emptiness aspect is of one taste in the Dhatu (དབྱིངས་, *dbyiṅs*, धातु, *dhātu*, element), the Vajra Body (རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ, *rdo rje'i sku*, वज्रकाय, *vajrakāya*, vajra body). Having attained the five bodies, the meaning is represented by the five voices: Inexpressible, pure Dharmakaya (ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ, *chos kyi sku*, धर्मकाय, *dharmakāya*, the body of dharma), the voice of meaning; Represented by the body, the Sambhogakaya (ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་སྐུ, *loṅs spyod rdzogs sku*, सम्भोगकाय, *saṃbhogakāya*, the enjoyment body) is the voice of symbols; Endowed with the voice of Brahma, the Nirmanakaya (སྤྲུལ་སྐུ, *sprul sku*, निर्माणकाय, *nirmāṇakāya*, the emanation body) is the voice of words; Appearing separately there, manifestation is the voice of awareness; The inseparability of sound and emptiness is the Vajra Voice (རྡོ་རྗེའི་གསུང་, *rdo rje'i gsuṅ*, वज्रवाणी, *vajravāṇī*, vajra voice) of wisdom. The essence of the body, the mind is the five wisdoms: From the Dharmadhatu (ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་, *chos kyi dbyiṅs*, धर्मधातु, *dharmadhātu*, dharma element), it arises like a mirror; Accomplishing activity, discriminating awareness, and equality are united. The limbs of the body are the pure lands and palaces, The qualities of light rays, cushions, thrones, and ornaments are perfected. The spontaneously accomplished activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful, Without interruption as long as space exists, Benefit all sentient beings as far as space pervades, As it is, it arises effortlessly and naturally. Thus, by connecting the basis with the path, Having abandoned adventitious stains and habitual tendencies, The fruit becomes manifest, the benefit of oneself and others, Quickly perfecting the essence of the causal vehicle. Especially the profound essence of the three inner tantra classes, Is in harmony with all and surpasses all, The general collection of all, the path of the heart essence of wisdom, Like a magical illusion, a method for manifesting the fruit, Merely seeing it pours down a great rain of blessings. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
