Imagine a white and oily lamp the size of a mustard seed, and then perform the vase breathing exercise as before. When the bindu (Tibetan: thig le, 梵文:bindu,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,字面意思:点) arises like a small mustard seed and reaches the throat, the body feels light and comfortable, and the mind rests in this feeling. Then, when it reaches the heart, the bliss increases even more. Then, when it reaches the navel, the bliss increases even more. When it reaches the secret place, the bliss increases to the utmost, and when awareness is placed there, the body feels light and empty. If you feel that the bliss is increasing and unbearable, then reverse it upwards, dissolve it, and focus your awareness on the crown of your head. Another method is to visualize the red 'Ha' at the navel as before. As the bindus descend one by one like small mustard seeds and dissolve into the 'Ha', you will feel light and comfortable. Then, the bindu and the 'Ha' together become smaller and smaller, eventually disappearing into emptiness, and you rest in non-thought. In this way, the whole body enters a state of bliss and emptiness, awareness rests on one point, and when the winds and bindus are controlled, purifying the elements becomes effortless when directly experiencing awareness, cutting off attachment to food and clothing, and gaining autonomy over conceptual awareness, which is very important. In short, it is said in all the sutras and tantras that it is important to gain autonomy over the mind through all forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and textures. Especially for those with many thoughts, the Great Perfection of Naturalness teaches countless stages of meditation. For those who have a foundation, have practiced before, and can control their minds, since these have already been accomplished beforehand, it is okay even if you do not practice according to the stages described here. This is the sequence of instructions for practicing bindu, the fourth part. Now is the lamp that cuts through elaboration, the quintessence of the five elements' self-purification, the fifth part. Next is the sequence of cutting through elaboration, the key to purifying the five elements in their own place: 'The great continuum of the four elements exhausted into the vast sky, the basis of delusion exhausted, awareness like a wild horse. In the vast and expansive mansion, with the iron hook of grasping thoughts exhausted, from the clear essence of the heart without top or bottom, take hold with the attitude of thoughtlessness.' This is to practice the meaning of the five 'A's in non-origination, that is, after the winds and bindus above have been controlled, to exhaust the five elements. First, the body posture is as before. The object of focus is to imagine your heart as a blue 'A' (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) filled with color, and to dissolve all the activities of wind and mind into that 'A'.
