Rinchen TerdzodTD2362 The Wonderful Instructions of the Practice Manual. Karma Nyingthig. Nyingthig. This is the wonderful instructions of the practice manual. Karma Nyingthig. Nyingthig. This is the first part of the preliminary section. This is the wonderful instructions of the practice manual. To the self-nature teacher Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra), the complete enjoyment body Palden Dorje Chang (Glorious Vajradhara), and the emanation body Thubpa Dorje Sempa (Shakyamuni Vajrasattva), I prostrate with reverence in body, speech, and mind. To the victorious self-nature Garab Dorje, Jampal Shenyen (Manjushrimitra), Shri Singha, Jnanasutra, Vima Mitras, and others, I prostrate to the wise and accomplished lamas. The essence of all the vehicles spoken by the Victorious Ones, the seventeen tantras and exemplar texts, and the heart of the one hundred and nineteen instructions, I will explain the practice manual from the copper scroll. The perfectly complete Buddha, with skillful means and abundant compassion, spoke of the nine vehicles in sequence and the three pitakas. The very pinnacle of all of these is the unsurpassable yoga, which includes the generation stage, the combination of the generation and completion stages, and the completion stage. Within the completion stage, there are the mind division, the space division, and the teaching that all phenomena are mind and that self-nature is free from elaboration. This is exceedingly wonderful. The outer circle shows the nature as terms, the inner circle shows the nature as memory, and the secret circle introduces the meaning as an example and symbol like the heart. Cutting through the elaboration of all of these, the seventeen most secret and unsurpassable tantras and the one hundred and nineteen instructions are all gathered into the five mother letters. Here, there are three aspects: the lama who gives the instructions, the disciple who is the object of the instructions, and the instructions themselves. The first is the lama: Although there are many statements in the tantras and instructions, to put it briefly, in the 'Phra Tig' it says: 'Pure and with senses not diminished, having heard much and being without arrogance, abandoning pretense and being content, being familiar with the tantras and practicing them, realizing the view and having little attachment, having few activities and being diligent, being without delusion and being content, or abiding in the three vows, possessing asceticism and applying oneself to the supreme, relying on the forest is the lama.' Regarding the disciple who is the object of the instructions: The text says: 'Ema! Having faith, compassion, generosity, and a vast mind, sharp senses, gentle speech, being tamed and eloquent, respecting the lama, cutting off the elaboration of words, without examination, secret words, not even a speck should be spoken to others, strive in this practice.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Because it is the secret vessel of secret mantras.' Therefore, it is very important to examine the qualities of the teacher and student. Although it is said that there are three types of instructions: guidance, introduction, and complete integration, in reality, they are related to the four empowerments and are the two guidances of the sixteen hand mudras. Furthermore, although there are many sequences of hand mudras, they are all included here. From the book of oral instructions, it is said that it should be done like this. First is the preliminary practice, then the main practice, which is determining the nature of the mind, the sequence is to manifest realization, and finally, it is to explain the support for generating faith, and the signs, degrees, and results of practice. First, practicing this, whether it is an empowerment with objects or other tantras, one must obtain the empowerment well, rely on the guru, and in order to generate certainty and the infusion of blessings, the guru yoga is: from this Vajra path, it is indicated that it is the root of blessings in all session breaks. Therefore, on the crown of one's head, on the seat of the sun and moon, visualize the guru and all the Buddhas as inseparable Vajrasattva, from his thumb flows a stream of Bodhicitta, which dissolves into the Brahma hole on my head, pray to him, the four chakras of the body gradually fill, the body and mind are immersed in the joy of non-leakage, and if you rest your mind in this, the body will feel happy, and the meaning of the Dharma nature will appear in the mind.' Therefore, it should be practiced in this way. During the session break, the body is the wheel of the Vajra trident, the soles of the feet are joined together, the hands are joined in prayer on the head, visualize the body as a blue Vajra, and if you place it like this, you will be protected.' Therefore, do this for each meditation session. This is the first part of the preliminary practice. The second part is the order of the seven-part guidance for training the mind of Bodhicitta. Then, the second is to train the mind. There are seven aspects to this: learning the seven branches from the scriptures, the necessity of practicing the seven branches, and the standards for achieving the seven branches. Although it is presented in several parts, what is presented here is practice: first, both the teacher and the student should make the body comfortable, offer a mandala to the guru, and then be guided by the guru. First, thinking about impermanence, practicing Bodhicitta is: from beginningless time, we have been holding the appearance of external objects as true and eternal, therefore wandering in samsara, so we must remember impermanence. That is, after one is born, one gradually approaches death and will surely die, and so will parents and relatives. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
