通过上师的加持，会生起三种证悟：上师的加持进入语言，会说梵语（saṃskṛta）和邬金语；上师的加持进入身体，身体会颤动、摇晃、抽搐等；上师的加持进入心，会生起乐、明、无念的良好体验。在断除（འཕྲོ་གཅོད）的时候，上师依次一个融入一个，融入根本上师，根本上师化为光融入自身，自身与上师无二无别地安住于觉性空明的状态中。口中如此祈请： 显空之上师，佛陀空行母，祈请法界智慧空行母，加持证悟显空无别；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 觉空之上师，金刚空行母，祈请明镜智慧空行母，加持证悟觉空无别；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 乐空之上师，宝生空行母，祈请平等智慧空行母，加持证悟乐空无别；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 明空之上师，莲花空行母，祈请妙观察智空行母，加持证悟明空无别；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 声空之上师，事业空行母，祈请成所作智空行母，加持证悟声空无别；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 法身之上师，金刚亥母，祈请法身空行母，加持证悟法身无生；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 报身之上师，金刚瑜伽母，祈请报身圆满空行母，加持报身无碍解脱；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 化身之上师，益西措嘉（ye shes mtsho rgyal），祈请化身空行母，加持利生无偏成就；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 三身之上师，无我母，祈请具恩玛·衮嘎崩（kun dga' 'bum）之身，加持空行母之授记显现；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 噶举派之上师，敦措惹巴（dung mtsho ras pa），祈请不动胜者（mi bskyod rgyal po）之身，加持上师之传记成就；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 义传之上师，具加持者，祈请禁行自解脱（bya btang rang grol）之身，加持二利任运成就；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 实修传承之上师，具大悲者，祈请苏雅旃陀罗（sūrya candra）之身，加持修行至究竟；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 贤哲成就之上师，具利生者，祈请桑杰沃色（sangs rgyas 'od zer）之身，加持众生安置于成熟解脱；上师以智慧垂视，以慈悲摄受。 传承之上师，凡结缘皆具义，祈请布达维亚（buddha vīrya）。

Through the blessing of the Guru, three realizations will arise: When the Guru's blessing enters the speech, one will speak Sanskrit (saṃskṛta) and the language of Oddiyana; When the Guru's blessing enters the body, the body will tremble, shake, twitch, and so on; When the Guru's blessing enters the mind, a good experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought will arise. At the time of cutting through (འཕྲོ་གཅོད), the Gurus dissolve one into another in sequence, dissolving into the Root Guru, the Root Guru dissolves into light and dissolves into oneself, and one rests in the state of awareness, emptiness, and clarity, inseparable from the Guru. Utter this prayer: Guru of appearance and emptiness, Buddha Dakini, I pray to the Dakini of Dharmadhatu wisdom, Bless me to realize the inseparability of appearance and emptiness; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of awareness and emptiness, Vajra Dakini, I pray to the Dakini of mirror-like wisdom, Bless me to realize the inseparability of awareness and emptiness; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of bliss and emptiness, Ratna Dakini, I pray to the Dakini of equality wisdom, Bless me to realize the inseparability of bliss and emptiness; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of clarity and emptiness, Padma Dakini, I pray to the Dakini of discriminating wisdom, Bless me to realize the inseparability of clarity and emptiness; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of sound and emptiness, Karma Dakini, I pray to the Dakini of accomplishing wisdom, Bless me to realize the inseparability of sound and emptiness; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of Dharmakaya, Vajravarahi, I pray to the Dakini of Dharmakaya, Bless me to realize the unborn Dharmakaya; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of Sambhogakaya, Vajrayogini, I pray to the Dakini of the complete Sambhogakaya, Bless me to liberate the Sambhogakaya without obstruction; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of Nirmanakaya, Yeshe Tsogyal (ye shes mtsho rgyal), I pray to the Dakini of Nirmanakaya, Bless me to accomplish unbiased benefit for beings; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of the three Kayas, Selfless Mother, I pray to the body of the kind Ma Kunga Bum (kun dga' 'bum), Bless me to manifest the prophecy of the Dakini; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of the Kagyu lineage, Dungtso Repa (dung mtsho ras pa), I pray to the body of Akshobhya (mi bskyod rgyal po), Bless me to accomplish the biography of the Guru; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of the meaning lineage, the Blessed One, I pray to the body of the Ascetic Self-Liberated (bya btang rang grol), Bless me to spontaneously accomplish the two benefits; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of the practice lineage, the Compassionate One, I pray to the body of Surya Chandra (sūrya candra), Bless me to bring practice to its ultimate conclusion; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Guru of the wise and accomplished, the Benefactor of Beings, I pray to the body of Sangye Woeser (sangs rgyas 'od zer), Bless me to establish beings in maturation and liberation; Guru, look upon me with your wisdom and hold me with your compassion. Abandon ignorance, sleep, and carelessness! In all that arises, recognize the nature of awareness! Practice dream yoga, transformation, and clear light! Do not sleep like an animal! Engage in practice as if it were daytime! Ema! When the Bardo of meditation dawns upon me! Abandon distraction and delusion! Rest in a state of non-distraction, non-attachment, and freedom from extremes! May I gain stability in the generation and completion stages! When abandoning activities and meditating single-pointedly! Do not be swayed by ignorance and delusion! Ema! When the Bardo of dying dawns upon me! Abandon attachment and clinging to all things! Do not stray from the clear instructions! Release your mind into the unborn expanse of the sky! About to separate from the composite body of flesh and blood! May I realize that all is impermanent and illusory! Ema! When the Bardo of Dharmata dawns upon me! Abandon all fear and panic! May I recognize that this is the appearance of the Bardo! A moment will come when a great matter is at stake! The self-radiance of awareness, the three: sound, light, and rays, will arise! Do not fear the self-appearing peaceful and wrathful deities! Ema! When the Bardo of becoming dawns upon me! Hold a single-pointed aspiration in your mind! Diligently continue the thread of positive actions!
