Abiding in the Dharmakaya, yet deluded by ignorance for not recognizing one's own nature. May the power of this (Avalokiteśvara) cause great bliss to arise in an instant, and swiftly attain the state of union. May temporary illnesses, evil spirits, obstacles, and other unfavorable circumstances be pacified, and may lifespan, merit, wealth, and virtuous deeds increase greatly. May the three realms and four interests effortlessly converge, and may the practice of benefiting others be perfected. May the teachings flourish, may the lotus feet of the holders of the teachings be firm, may the country be peaceful and people act in accordance with Dharma, May all connected beings be placed in the state of Vajradhara, and may the noble Tara protect with compassion. In one's own heart, on a red lotus, sun, and moon cushion, visualize the wisdom being, and in its center, the red seed syllable ཏཱཾཿ (Tibetan), धूँ (Sanskrit Devanagari), tāṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), literally meaning 'seed'), and the samadhi being, surrounded by ten letters, visualize clearly. Recite: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ (Tibetan), oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā (Sanskrit Romanization), Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha (Literal Chinese meaning). Arrange the uncontaminated Tsog offerings, prepare as much as possible. Burn, cast away, and wash away the impurities and faults of the Tsog with རྃ་ཡྃ་ཁྃ་ (Tibetan), raṃ yaṃ khaṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), Rang Yang Khang (Literal Chinese meaning). Transform it into the nature of wisdom's uncontaminated nectar with ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan), oṃ āḥ hūṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), Om Ah Hum (Literal Chinese meaning). From the pure realm of Dharmadhatu, may the venerable noble Tara, along with the retinue of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, come here and bless the offerings. Oath-bound Tara, mother and children, three roots, and ocean of Dharma protectors, offer the desirable, non-conceptual great bliss substances, the supreme Tsog offering. First, offer the Tsog. Due to our ignorance and delusion, the disagreements, faults, and obscurations towards the holy Tara and her retinue, may we confess and make amends with the offering of Tsog. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. May all obstacles, enemies, and evil spirits that obstruct my life and merit be absorbed into this Tsog, and may you look upon us and eliminate the obstacles to achieving enlightenment. ཨཱརྱ་ཏཱ་རེ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་མ་ཏྲཾ་རུ་ཏྲ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲཱུཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི༔ (Tibetan), ārya tāre saparivāra matraṃ rudra māraya sarva śatrūṃ khāhi (Sanskrit Romanization). Dakinis possessing the power of freedom, unimpeded miraculous movement in the sky, save those with karmic connections, liberate those without, please partake of the leftovers and accomplish the activities. ཌཱ་ཀ་ཌཱ་ཀི་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི། (Tibetan), ḍāka ḍāki baliṃta khāhi (Sanskrit Romanization). Offer the leftovers. In the initial, intermediate, and final kalpas, when Samantabhadri Tara and Padmasambhava entrusted their intentions, taught the tantras, and concealed the treasures, may the wisdom activity dakinis and Dharma protectors show their respective forms, and offer their own symbols and life essence. As you vowed in the past, please partake of this offering, dispel obstacles, and accomplish the four entrusted activities. Please accept this entrusted task! Offer the Torma! Assembly of steadfast mothers who obey the command of Guru Padmasambhava (Lotus-Born)! Come here, enjoy this Torma of command! Subdue diseases and avert the calamities of weapons, and I pray that you become a helpful companion in safeguarding the peace of Tibet! Mama Lili Khakha Dede Mama Sing Tromma Balingta Khakha Kahi Khahi! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning)! Offer the steadfast mothers! Finally, perform a brief offering and praise. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times. Confess and pray for forgiveness with 'Unto those' and other two verses. By this merit, may I quickly, attain the state of noble Tara, and may I place every single being, without exception, upon that very ground. O venerable noble Tara! Through your compassion, may I and all beings, be constantly protected without separation, and may auspiciousness and well-being increase! Recite the dedication and auspicious prayers. Thus, this accomplishment of the secret practice of noble Tara, 'The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel', was written by Dorje Drakpo at the Tsuklakang of Omin Tsurmdo Wolung at the request of Dodpal Khen Rinpoche Kalsang Trinley Yarphel, may all beings equal to space be placed on the level of the noble one! Flowers, incense, supreme incense, bright lights, fragrant water, etc., sixteen goddesses, medicine, alcohol, great Torma, bliss-emptiness union, four joys free from grasping, etc., outer, inner, secret, suchness, pleasing substances, all phenomena of existence and peace, forms complete with desired qualities, essence unpolluted, wondrous creation, with this, may the heart-commitment of the root and lineage Gurus be fulfilled, may the heart-commitment of the Yidam, ocean of Buddhas, be fulfilled. May the heart-commitment of the heroes and dakinis be fulfilled, may the heart-commitment of the Dharma protectors and oath-bound ones be fulfilled, especially may the heart-commitment of Tara and her retinue be fulfilled, may the heart-commitment of the treasure guardians and wrathful hosts be fulfilled, may the heart-commitment of the white-sided protectors and their retinue be fulfilled, may the heart-commitment of the local deities and land owners and their retinue be fulfilled, may the heart-commitment of all those worthy of fulfillment be fulfilled, in the emptiness of the realm of Dharma, in the expanse of appearance without grasping, in the great union of appearance and emptiness, may the heart-commitment be fulfilled!
