'Kuru Svāhā!' (藏文，梵文天城体，kuru svāhā，Accomplish) is written on gold foil and wrapped around the neck of the vase. Visualize it as Tara and consecrate it. Draw eight-petaled lotus petals below the vase, place a golden Dharma wheel at the mouth of the vase, and cover it with red silk. Draw the emblems of the five Buddha families on the four sides of the vase and offer it in the innermost part of the house, and all wishes will be fulfilled. If you want to extend your life, recite at the end of the eight-syllable mantra: 'Mama Āyur Puṇye Jñāna Sarva Siddhi Puṣṭiṃ Kuru Svāhā!' (藏文，梵文天城体，mama āyur puṇye jñāna sarva siddhi puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā，My life, merit, wisdom, all accomplishments, increase, accomplish) Recite this mantra. If you want to achieve wealth, the preparation of the vase is the same as above. Then, like a fish leaping out of the water, manifest as the body of the Holy Tara, dedicate the merit, and recite auspicious prayers. This profound essence of the secret accomplishment practice of the Holy Tara is the heart essence of the Guru. As the prophecy says: 'A great person will come from the central region to request it.' In order to comply with the wishes of Dodpal Khen Rinpoche, the degenerate-age bhikshu Vajradhara Wangi Gyalpo Nuden Drakpo Tsal, extracted this text from the mind treasure in Yuthok Khangsar near Lhasa. May this virtuous act enable all beings to attain the state of Tara! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ! May the blessings of the four kāyas of the secret accomplishment of Tara swiftly descend. Preparation for the Tara empowerment: Place a red mandala in the center, with a vase filled two-thirds with constantly flowing water, add vase substances, decorate the mouth of the vase with kusha grass and peacock feathers, and tie a vajra knot. Add brown sugar and honey to the skullcup, wipe it with a mirror and vermilion, and cover it with a Dharma source painted with Tara's mantra and seed syllable. Display Tara's image, mala, crystal, torma, and a red silk umbrella. In addition, prepare other offerings, the five sensual offerings, medicines, tsok, and other necessary items. Bathing, mandala, and: Glorious Lama Vajradhara, Savior from the fears of samsara, Through the kindness of your feet, Grant the supreme empowerment.
