Or, mix cinnabar, red lead, and madder, and write the eight-syllable mantra (Tibetan: ཡིག་བརྒྱད) below: Sarva Pāsham Kuru Svāhā (Tibetan: སརྦ་པཱ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།), recite this mantra thousands of times.
