Limitless varieties of offerings, I offer to the supreme Bhagavati (Bhagavati, a female deity possessing nobility, power, and wisdom), especially to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas (Buddha-Bodhisattva, enlightened beings and their followers) with reverence. Please accept them with your compassionate power! Om Arya Tare Sarva Tathagata Bodhisattva Bhye Argham (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ अर्घं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ arghaṃ, Literal meaning: offering)... Shabda Pratichchha Ye Svaha (Tibetan, Devanagari: शब्द प्रतीच्छ, Romanized Sanskrit: śabda pratīccha, Literal meaning: sound, receive)! I prostrate and praise the twenty-one Taras, or: Brahma (Brahmā, the Hindu god of creation) and Indra (Indra, the king of gods), Vishnu (Vishnu, the Hindu god of protection) and the mighty one, the demons and the three realms (Trailokya, the realm of desire, form, and formlessness in Buddhist cosmology), all of which you control, I salute and praise the holy Tara (Tara, a popular female Bodhisattva in Tibetan Buddhism)! This is general, and the individual name, and Mama Pāsham Kuru Ja Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: mama pāśaṃ kuru ja hūṃ, Literal meaning: mine, bind, do, generate, Hum). The final ཏཱཾཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ता।, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable) and the mantra chain emit red light, extremely sharp like iron hooks, countless rays emanate outward to the external world, the internal beings, and the hearts of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Striking the compassion of the Buddhas, the essence of the stable and moving, all like a magnet attracting iron filings, the hook of light quickly draws and merges into the mantra chain in one's own heart, contemplate that one has gained freedom. Again, especially visualize, the light as before, striking the heart of the male and the genitals of the female with the hook of light, transforming their minds, causing them to develop affection for you. Their essence, the male and female bindus (drops), visualize as white and red, merging into the 'Ah' at the heart, thereby gaining freedom. Recite the mantra over white mustard seeds and scatter them, or give food, fruits, etc., of red color after reciting the mantra, and you will gain freedom. If you want to bring those who are not in harmony closer, visualize yourself as Tara, red light emanating from the mantra chain in your heart, striking the heart of the other person, in which there is white essence, in the nature of light, with ནྲྀ (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: nṛ, Literal meaning: seed syllable) residing, pacifying their arrogance and ferocity, generating loving-kindness. Visualize this essence as Tara, one inch or one fingernail in size, merging into your own heart along with the light. Recite: Che ge mo Akarshaya Ja Pāsham Kuru Svaha (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: kuru svāhā, Literal meaning: do, svāhā). If you want to reconcile two people, then change the mantra and visualization. The wheel of empowerment, on red silk or red paper, draw eight circles with ink mixed with vermilion and red lead, and a young girl's rouge.
