རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ (Victory! Victory! Victory!) The fourth part, explaining the method of consumption: There are two ways to consume, through ascetic practice and through essence extraction. Consuming through ascetic practice: First, take refuge and generate Bodhicitta, then visualize yourself in emptiness as Vajra Dakini, with a white body, holding an arrow, ribbon, and vase in your two hands, with one leg extended and the other bent, adorned with a precious crown, visualizing a beautiful and dignified image. Recite the following mantra: Om Sarva Buddha Dakini Amrita Sarva Siddhi Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བྷུདྡྷ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ॐ सर्व बुद्ध डाकिनी अमृत सर्व सिद्धि हुं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sarva buddha ḍākinī amṛta sarva siddhi hūṃ,English literal meaning: Om, all Buddhas, Dakinis, nectar, all accomplishments, Hum). Consume seven pills. Offer freshly cooked bone broth porridge with thin porridge. In addition, offer yogurt, milk, tea, and alcohol, etc. If the pulse is blocked, offer these. If it flows backward, draw it down from the sky with the syllable 'Hum'. Visualize the wind filling the vase. Destroy the body's chakras, etc. Essence extraction: In the early morning when the mind is clear, it is best to first practice the longevity method, then take one pill and strongly visualize vase breathing. Perform practices such as tormenting, stirring, filling, etc., as well as guiding and spreading the chakras. For the intermediate practitioner, in the early morning when the mind is clear, first take refuge and generate Bodhicitta, then visualize yourself as Amitayus, with one face and two hands, a red body, sitting in the lotus position, holding a longevity vase in the meditation mudra, visualizing a perfect Sambhogakaya form. Exhale three times through the nose, then take the pill, merging the wind into union. Perform as many chakra practices as you know. For the lower practitioner, consume it in the early morning when the mind is clear, and recite the mantra you know. The above explains the method of consumption, which is the fourth part. Samaya! (Vow) རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ (Victory! Victory! Victory!) The fifth part, explaining the benefits: By consuming through ascetic practice, if you persist for seven days, you will eliminate attachment to food; if you persist for fourteen days, subtle substances will increase; if you persist for twenty-one days, all damaged lifespan will be restored; if you persist for a long time, you will attain the Vidyadhara of longevity. By consuming through essence extraction, if you persist every morning for a month, subtle substances will increase and your complexion will be radiant; if you persist for two months, worms, etc., will not appear in the body; if you persist for three months, wisdom and awareness will increase, and you will attain the Mahamudra Vidyadhara; if you persist for four months, the knots of the body's channels will be untied, and heroes and dakinis will gather like clouds; if you persist for five months, external appearances can be controlled; if you persist for six months, you can display immeasurable psychic powers and miracles; if you persist for a long time, white hair and wrinkles will not appear, and you will attain the immortal Vidyadhara of longevity. In addition, this amrita pill is beneficial for all hot and cold diseases, and it is the best for all infectious diseases. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
