Offering the Eight Auspicious Symbols: Just as Indra, the lord of the gods, triumphed over the Asuras, and the eight auspicious goddesses made offerings, I offer the Eight Auspicious Symbols to the Bhagavan Victorious One and his retinue. Offering Clothes: Radiant like a rainbow, bringing happiness upon touch, I offer precious and beautiful clothes to tame my mind, may I be adorned with the sacred garment of patience. Third, the remaining branches: Whoever, in the endless ocean of samsara, has accumulated defilements through endless delusions, I confess all of them before the compassionate one, according to the Dharma. I rejoice in all the virtuous deeds done by the fully enlightened Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and other noble beings, and in the endless ocean of merit of all beings. I earnestly request you to turn the wheel of Dharma continuously, with deep faith and vast intention, as you wish. I pray that the incarnations will always remain in the world to benefit beings. And I dedicate this supreme merit to enlightenment. The above is just a brief explanation; it would be even more excellent if the seven-branch offering of the 'Samantabhadra's Prayer' could be added after the offerings. Fourth, Recitation: From the seed syllable and mantra garland in one's own heart, light emanates, stimulating the heart of the Bhagavan generated in front. སྥ་ར་ཎ་ཕཊ། (Tibetan) स्फररण फट् (Sanskrit Devanagari) spharaṇa phaṭ (Sanskrit Romanization) spharaṇa phaṭ (Literal Chinese meaning). From the pure essence of the deity generated in front, and from the mantra garland, light radiates, filling the sky. Stimulating the hearts of all the Tathagatas and their retinues in the ten directions and four times. སཾ་ཧ་ར་ཎ་ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan) संहरण हुं (Sanskrit Devanagari) saṃharaṇa huṃ (Sanskrit Romanization) saṃharaṇa hūṃ (Literal Chinese meaning). Gathering all the blessings and accomplishments of body, speech, and mind, merging them into the deities of the mandala. Visualizing that from the immensely blazing light, light radiates in the ten directions, touching oneself and all sentient beings, thereby purifying karmic obscurations and afflictions, obtaining all accomplishments, and one's own appearance becomes one with the wheel of wisdom. Then recite the mantra as much as possible. The vase transforms into a naturally formed palace, in which the Bhagavan Akshobhya Buddha clearly appears, from whose body flows a stream of nectar that purifies karmic obscurations, filling the vase. Recite this mantra and hold the thread. ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan) ॐ आः हूँ (Sanskrit Devanagari) om āḥ hūṃ (Sanskrit Romanization) om āḥ hūṃ (Literal Chinese meaning) Offer with this, and the vase water transforms into nectar as the Buddhas' light dissolves into it. If there are empowerments and transmissions, then at this time, the generation stage and recitation of the nectar gathering in the karma vase can be practiced together. Third, subsequent rituals: If you want to make extensive Torma offerings, then... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6-6a
