Having gathered the offerings, may I present them to all the Buddhas. Oṃ sarvatathāgatacittaniryātaṃ pūjameghasamudra spharaṇa samaye hūṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཙིཏྟ་ནིཪྻཱཏཾ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:ओंसर्वतथागतचित्तनिर्यातं पूजमेघसमुद्र स्फरण समये हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sarvatathāgatacittaniryātaṃ pūjameghasamudra spharaṇa samaye hūṃ,Literal meaning: Oṃ, may the mind of all Tathāgatas arise, a cloud-sea of offerings spreading forth). All dharmas are without inherent existence, free from emptiness and all characteristics. May I present the supreme samādhi without aspiration to all the Buddhas. The wisdom of the Dharmadhātu is utterly pure, the Bhagavan Vairochana. Possessing samādhi and holding the mudrā, I prostrate to the Bhagavan Kunrig (All-Knowing). From the nature of mirror-like wisdom, purify all the bad destinies of all sentient beings. I prostrate to the King of Purification. Possessing the qualities of equality wisdom, like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Fulfilling the thoughts of sentient beings, supreme jewel, I prostrate to you. The lord of speech who discerns all thoughts, opening the lotus of the scriptures. Giving breath to the three realms, lord of the Shakya lineage, I prostrate to you. Possessing the activity of diligent wisdom, completely pacifying all the sufferings of various sentient beings. Like a greatly blooming flower, I prostrate to you. Everywhere in the direction of the sangha, showing the form of the four mothers of the lineage. Goddess Eye and Māmakī, White Tara, I prostrate to you. Within all the spokes, Vajrasattva and others reside, The bodhisattvas with great magical powers, I praise according to the tantras. Charming goddess, garland goddess, song goddess, and dance goddess, Incense goddess, flower goddess, lamp goddess, and perfume goddess, And the inner and outer goddesses, I prostrate to all. Whoever dwells in the center of the gate, holding a hook, lasso, chain, and bell. Arising from the essence of faith and so on, I prostrate to the gatekeepers. The sixteen, including Maitreya, who dwell in the gate's courtyard. And those who dwell in places like Joyful, I prostrate to the bodhisattvas. In the space of the dhāraṇī courtyard, there are sixteen incomparable bodhisattvas. Having accomplished the ground and the pāramitās, they dwell according to their lineage, I prostrate to you. The shravakas holding the symbols of the teacher, holding a bowl, staff, and book. Possessing all the qualities of learning and practice, I prostrate to the shravakas. Relying on the meaning of dependent origination, the twelve noble pratyekabuddhas. Thoroughly engaged in arising and ceasing, I prostrate to the chief of the pratyekabuddhas. Wrathful deities with the appearance of rakshasas, adorned with snakes and repulsive heads. Wrapped in tiger skin, I prostrate to the one who appears in the three realms.
