未能领悟自性，祈请于普贤坛城中宽恕。 瑜伽士无论何时，哪怕只是一瞬间，因无明所致，不谨慎放逸，受到外境习气影响，将自身视为幻象，受到今生种种因素干扰，一切皆为空行母的显现，所有过失与污垢，祈请宽恕。 吽！业之空行母，请聆听并垂念！ 三昧耶誓物不全，朵玛精华缺失，不勤于禅修，懈怠散乱，我等忏悔，祈请您宽恕。 瑜伽士无论何时，于三昧耶誓言，哪怕只是一瞬间，于甚深秘密之教言，因无明所致，不谨慎放逸，受到外境习气影响，将自身视为幻身，受到今生种种因素干扰，于业之空行母身，所有过失与污垢，祈请宽恕。 吽！护法空行母，请聆听并垂念！ 违犯誓言，与不清净的会供混杂，破损的誓言重新封印，将破损的誓言纳入佛法，食用不清净之物，饮用不清净之饮，不清净之语，不清净之谈话，不清净之手印，不清净之诵读，因污垢过失，违背空行母之心意，空行母之身染污垢，如同衣物被玷污，于您如虚空般的心意中，以清净的忏悔，净化所有污垢，祈请赐予无碍之成就， 我忏悔！我顶礼！本尊诸尊众！ 我懊悔！我忏悔！护法空行母众！ 以忏悔弥补不足，本尊诸尊众！ 以忏悔清净罪障，诸尊众！ 祈请您以身语意垂念，加持我等身语意三门。 萨玛雅！萨玛雅！萨玛雅！阿阿阿！ 亦需作智慧身之忏悔，将增长之白芥子置于坛城前，黑色食子置于中央。 第三，由少女手持浴瓶和镜子，于偈颂间隙进行沐浴，若分别念重，亦可由上师沐浴。无论如何，观想浴瓶为智慧宫殿，中央为虚空女神，四方为四大元素女神，所有女神手中浴瓶流下智慧甘露，为您沐浴，净化身语意三门之疾病、邪魔、罪障、违犯，身体如剔透水晶球，或如擦拭干净之镜子般清澈。 吽！虚空女神普贤女，身色蔚蓝光芒耀，手持蓝色之宝瓶，此乃禅定之自性水，能除愚痴与散乱，我向善妙沐浴者顶礼！

Unenlightened in such a state, I beseech forgiveness in the state of the all-knowing Thigle (ཀུན་མཁྱེན་ཐིག་ལེའི་, sarva-jñāna-bindu, all-knowing bindu/essence). Whatever yogi, even for a moment, through the power of ignorance, with an unmindful attitude, influenced by the karmic imprints of others, regarding my own body as an illusion, due to the circumstances of this life, all are the play of the Dakinis, all faults and defilements, I beseech forgiveness. Hūṃ! Dakinis of Karma, listen and consider! Samaya substances incomplete, essence of the Torma diminished, not striving in meditation, distracted by laziness, I confess with remorse, I beseech your forgiveness. Whatever yogi, regarding Samaya vows, even for a moment, regarding profound secret teachings, through the power of ignorance, with an unmindful attitude, influenced by the karmic imprints of others, regarding my own body as an illusion, due to the circumstances of this life, towards the body of the Dakinis of Karma, all faults and defilements, I beseech forgiveness. Hūṃ! Protector Dakinis, listen and consider! Broken vows and mixed with impure gatherings, broken vows resealed, broken vows entered into Dharma, eating impure food, drinking impure drink, impure words, impure conversations, impure hand gestures, impure recitations, through the faults of defilement, conflicting with the minds of the Dakinis, if the Dakinis' bodies are stained, like clothes being soiled, in your mind which is like the sky, through pure confession, purify all defilements, grant unobstructed accomplishments. I confess! I prostrate! Assembly of Yidam deities! I regret! I confess! Assembly of Protector Dakinis! Through confession, may deficiencies be fulfilled, Assembly of Yidam deities! Through confession, may impurities be cleansed, Assembly of deities! Please consider with your body, speech, and mind, bless our body, speech, and mind. Samaya! Samaya! Samaya! Ah Ah Ah! Also perform the confession of the Wisdom Body, placing white mustard seeds for increase in front of the mandala, and a black Torma in the center. Third, the girl should hold the bathing vase and mirror, and bathe at the intervals of the verses, but if there is much conceptualization, the Lama can also bathe. In any case, visualize the vase as a palace of wisdom, in the center the Sky Goddess, and in the four directions the Goddesses of the Four Elements. From the vase in the hands of all of them, a stream of nectar of wisdom descends, bathing you, purifying all diseases, evil influences, sins, and broken vows of body, speech, and mind, so that the body becomes clear and transparent like a crystal ball or a mirror that has been polished.
