Dhṛtarāṣṭra (Holder of the Realm), the eastern guardian king surrounded by the Kumbhāṇḍas (a type of demon). Virūḍhaka (Increaser), the southern guardian king surrounded by the Pretas (hungry ghosts). Virūpākṣa (Wide-Eyed), the western guardian king surrounded by the Nāgas (serpent beings). Vaiśravaṇa (All-Hearing), the northern guardian king surrounded by the Yakṣas (nature spirits), and all their retinues. All the deities of the sky, as well as the earth deities, water deities, fire deities, wind deities, sky deities, mountain deities, forest deities, garden deities, local deities, city deities, palace deities, temple deities, seasonal deities, field deities, and the five deities who govern the senses, etc., all those who are protectors and helpers, together with their retinues, offer pure offerings, individually pleasing foods, and clouds filled with the five desirable qualities. Offer! Pray! Worship! Grant a hundred auspicious things! Erase a thousand evils! Be protectors and helpers! Be a fortress in front! Be a shield in back! Keep watch for three days! Maintain vigilance for three nights! When enemies appear, sound the alarm! When poison appears, provide the antidote! Bring goodness! Avert evil! Make the unequal equal! Grant victory to the equal! Accomplish fame and spread renown! Grant auspiciousness and complete well-being! ཧོ། (hoḥ, an exclamation) Furthermore, the Asura King Thags bzang ris (Fine Garment), residing on the powerful golden earth, with countless white lotus Asuras, and the Asura King Sgra gcan 'dzin (Rāhu, the Graha who seizes the sound) at the edge of Mount Meru, with his retinue. All those who are powerful and glorious gods, malicious nāgas, dark demons, wealthy yakṣas, and cruel and harmful obstructors, offer pure offerings, intending them as individually pleasing offerings. Offer! Pray! Worship! With a peaceful Bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment) and great joy, remember us and our retinue, do not inflict illness on people, do not cause loss to livestock, do not impose curses or punishments, do not cause loss of wealth, do not humiliate in public, do not pluck feathers in the presence of birds, do not allow many to gossip, do not allow many eyes to stare, do not allow others to despise us, do not hinder good fortune and power, fulfill wishes, satisfy expectations, grant auspiciousness and well-being! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Furthermore, to the human beings of the four continents, whether the Chakravartin kings of the past, such as Spyi bo skyes (Born from the Crown of the Head), or those more powerful than me? All castes, including the auspicious, the beautiful, the well-protected, and other noble Kshatriya castes and their retinues; all castes, including Phags skyes (Noble Born), Bzang po (Good), Grags pa (Famous), and other Brahmin castes and their retinues; all those who have become Brahmin castes, such as star-gazers, artisans, and those with common knowledge; all Vaishya castes like the lion and their retinues; all those who have become householder castes, such as Mgon med zas sbyin (Anathapindika, Giver of Food to the Helpless); all merchant castes; all military commander castes; all leader castes; all messenger, servant, and envoy castes; and even the poor castes who live on meager incomes, to all beings belonging to the four castes, I offer the pure essence of offerings, intending them as enjoyments that please each individually! I beseech! I offer! May this power, pleasing to each individually, be taken, and may you grant us an auspicious beginning! May power and wealth increase! May politics be stable and harmonious! May dwellings, retinues, and wealth increase! May thoughts be accomplished and hopes fulfilled! May auspiciousness and well-being be perfect! Ho! Furthermore, to the Naga kings in the places below the earth, on the earth, and above the earth, each appearing differently according to their karma, such as the Naga king Dga' bo (Joyful), 'Jog po (Holder of the Earth), Mtha' yas (Infinite), Rigs ldan (Possessing Lineage), Padma (Lotus), Padma chen po (Great Lotus), Ma dros (Anavatapta, Without Heat), Gzi ldan (Glorious), Lto 'phye chen po (Great Belly-Crawler), and so on, to all beings belonging to the animal realm, I offer the pure essence of offerings, intending them as enjoyments that please each individually! I beseech! I offer! May each be separated from suffering, and having become the best of goodness, may they practice the supreme Dharma of liberation! By the wondrous and amazing root of virtue dedicated in this way, may all diseases and harms of myself and my retinue be pacified, and may all life and wealth increase, and may auspiciousness and well-being be perfect!
