Visualize being born in a pure land, complete with the causes, conditions, and vessel for attaining Buddhahood. Recite: Oṃ Padma Dhāri Hūṃ. Recite the essence mantra as many times as possible, hundreds or thousands of times. Take refuge in the Three Jewels. Take refuge in the Bhagavan. Amitabha. Tathagata. Arhat. Perfectly Awakened One. Oṃ Amite, Amitodbhave, Amita Sambhave, Amita Vikrante, Amita Vikranta Gamine, Gagana Kirti Kare, Sarva Klesha Kshayam Kari Svaha. Recite the dharani of remembering Amitabha Buddha as much as possible, purifying your own mindstream. Main practice: Focus single-mindedly on the adornments of the pure land as described in the scriptures, and repeatedly generate strong devotion. Dedicate all the merits accumulated by yourself and others in the past, present, and future to being born in that pure land, recite the 'Samantabhadra's Prayer of Good Conduct,' and the aspiration prayers composed by various great masters. At the end of the session: From the heart of Amitabha Buddha in front, a second 'Hrih' (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:惭愧) syllable appears, enters your left nostril from your right nostril, and abides in your heart center. Radiate light, purifying all sins and habitual tendencies. With the exhalation, enter the left nostril of the Bhagavan from your right nostril, and dissolve into the 'Hrih' (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:惭愧) syllable. Rest the wisdom of the Buddha and your own mind in a state of non-differentiation. Alternate breathing in this way about seven times. Visualize the Guru Amitabha dissolving into yourself with great joy, and yourself transforming into the body of the Buddha. Visualize with such devotion. Recite the 'Manjushri Heroic Conduct' and other prayers, and completely dedicate the merits. Before going to bed at night, after completing one session of pure land practice, repeatedly visualize the exchange of breath, dissolving it into yourself, and clearly visualize yourself becoming the Buddha. Repeatedly visualize the adornments of the pure land, and fall asleep in a state of non-thought, thereby purifying body and mind, and auspicious signs such as dreams of traveling to the pure land will appear. Initially, you can set a period of one or three weeks, etc., and the effect will be better after the signs of purification appear. If you can consistently practice once before going to bed every day, the benefits are: As stated in the scriptures: 'If you can consistently practice every day, at the time of death, relying on the power of the Buddha, purify your obscurations, and you will surely be born in the Pure Land of Bliss.' This is the key instruction of the 'Samantabhadra's Prayer of Good Conduct,' the practice sequence of Amitabha's dream transference, similar to the New School teachings transmitted from the noble Nagarjuna, but this method is more complete and clear in terms of the preliminary, main practice, and concluding stages of pure land practice, so it is extremely profound. Seventh, the nectar drink liberation of the Medicine Buddha, which accomplishes the meaning. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
