Purify the ground, generate the disciple who subdues appearance and existence. Bestow wisdom and stabilize the non-dual state. Clearly visualize the medicine woman and her retinue in front. Invite, pledge, offer, and praise. Then, give the nectar of the vow to the protectors and the disciple. Firmly declare the Vajra vow: 'Hūṃ! This is the secret nectar; if you keep the vow, you will achieve the supreme siddhi. If you break the vow, you will be burned. Therefore, both disciple and protectors, do not violate the vow with each other!' Oṃ Vajra Samaya Hūṃ Rakṣantu (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་རཀྵནྟུ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra samaya hūṃ rakṣantu，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Samaya, Hum, Protect). Visualize the Torma as the deity and hand it over. 'Hūṃ! Chief of all medicine women in the world, Auspicious Lady of Longevity (Tashi Tseyi Wangchukma), May you and your retinue protect this child, and always tirelessly carry out your activities!' Recite the root mantra, compel with intention, and think of acting as you wish. Recite auspicious words and scatter flowers. Especially for the lineage holders' descendants, who are like the heart and liver, Give the uncommon life force: Generate the disciple, the medicine woman, and her retinue; visualize the Torma as the deity, merging without separation. Again, from the deities in front, visualize a second self identical to you, merging into yourself. Place the symbolic Cakri on the crown of the head. 'Hūṃ! Lord of the field who was born together with Padmasambhava in Tibet, In reality, the supreme mother of the Victorious Ones, Yogini, today I entrust the lineage child to you, Please accomplish the activities of increasing life and wisdom!' Lord of Pra, with a beautiful blue face and clear light, Supreme Vajra Dakini, mother of the lineage, I entrust the lineage child to you, Please clearly show the three times without confusion!' Mam Kaya Abhishintsa Om (藏文：མཾ་ཀཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：maṃ kā ya，汉语字面意思：Mam, Body). 'Hūṃ! Lord of immovable yak, good horse, and Mayang food, Supreme Ratnasambhava, mother of the lineage, I entrust the lineage child to you, Please grant the siddhi of food for desired enjoyment!' Lam Kaya Abhishintsa Om (藏文：ལཾ་ཀཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：lāṃ kā ya，汉语字面意思：Lam, Body). 'Hūṃ! Lord of juniper, beautiful throat, storehouse, and wealth, Supreme Padmasambhava, mother of the lineage, I entrust the lineage child to you, I pray that you grant the siddhi of inexhaustible treasures!' Lord of white willow, good walker, four-legged livestock, Supreme Karmasambhava, mother of the lineage, I entrust the lineage child to you, Please grant the siddhi of increasing wealth, livestock, and four-legged beings!'
