Namo Jñana Dakini! Supreme secret samadhi of heart practice. For the yogi who takes this as the path, in order to quickly accomplish all auspicious and long-life activities, if one wishes to practice the co-emergent goddess, the chief of all who protect the land of Tibet, then on an auspicious day when the planets and stars are in good alignment, on immaculate silk or paper, in the center of a golden four-spoked wheel, draw a vase of longevity stacked with vajras. Wrap it in silk and seal it in a precious gau box, or draw the form on white silk, Attach it to an arrow adorned with five kinds of silk, a mirror, conch shell, and turquoise. In front of it, arrange an elaborate torma, golden drink offering, and offerings for the senses. Samaya! Main practice: Visualize yourself as Padmasambhava, overwhelming appearance and existence, and generate the medicine goddesses with their retinue in front. From the state of clear light emptiness, in an instant, in front, a deep blue queen's snow mountain appears, majestic and beautiful, Inside is a meadow of medicinal herbs and a garden blooming with flowers. In the center, within a vast white silk tent, upon a lotus and moon cushion, a white lion stands proudly. Above it, from Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，Great seed) emanates the Lady of Longevity, white in color, adorned with silk and jewels, peaceful and smiling. Her right hand waves an arrow banner with a vajra, and her left hand holds a good vase of immortal life. She holds a blue mirror, adorned with bright blue silk, riding a white mule. The unwavering bull carries a trough filled with a hundred flavors of food.
