After dispelling all fears of all beings, the state of Holy Tara is attained. My body, speech, and mind, and the body, speech, and mind of the venerable Holy One, are inseparable, becoming a great protection. Saying this, recite Om Ah Hum, and contemplate that the three doors of oneself and the one to be protected are blessed to be inseparable from the wisdom of the three vajras of the venerable mother. Focus on the emanation and absorption of light, and with strong devotion, recite the blessing of the queen of mantras: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha. Avoiding the faults of recitation, recite two hundred times. In general, in the practice of activities, light radiates from the heart of the main deity generated in front, shining on the hearts of the retinue of goddesses, stimulating their minds. From the seed syllables in their respective hearts, emanate bodies and light that are the same as themselves, pervading the sky, accomplishing all desires without hindrance. If there is a specific activity goal, recite the mantra of that activity one hundred and eight times, and recite the other mantras a little. If there is no specific goal, recite all the activity mantras seven times or as much as possible. Second, the method of accomplishing each of the specific activities separately. The scripture says: 'When practicing various activities separately, either the activity deity is the main focus, or the respective recitations are the main focus, which can quickly pacify all fears.' The method of focusing on the activity deity mentioned here will be briefly explained later. Here, the main focus is on the method of focusing on the respective recitations. Among the twenty activities, first, taking the pacifying activity as an example, light radiates from the heart of the main deity generated in front, shining on the heart of the pacifying Tara, stimulating her mind. In her heart, on a lotus and moon disc, there is the Tibetan letter ཏཱྃ་ (Tibetan: ཏཱྃ，Sanskrit Devanagari:ताम्，Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ，Chinese literal meaning: Dang), surrounded by a string of mantras, from which emanates a body and light that are the same as herself, pervading the sky. Contemplate that all unfavorable conditions such as diseases, evil spirits, eight fears, and obstacles of all beings, mainly oneself and the one to be protected, are all pacified. Recite: Om Vajra Tare Sarva Vighnan Shanti Kuru Svaha. Similarly, in order to pacify the disasters of the earth, the light from the heart of the main deity stimulates the mind of Tara who saves from the disasters of the earth.
