May peace prevail, and may life and merit increase, and may all aspirations be fulfilled according to Dharma, please grant your blessings!' Victorious Ones with their offspring of the ten directions and four times, gurus, yidams, dakinis, and dharma protectors, please descend as numerous as the dust particles of all realms. Please be seated upon a lotus and moon cushion in the sky before me. I prostrate with reverence in body, speech, and mind. I offer outer, inner, and secret offerings, just as they are, before the supreme object of veneration, the Sugatas. I am ashamed of the accumulation of past sins, and I thoroughly confess with regret for present misdeeds. Hereafter, I vow to turn away from them. I rejoice in all merit and virtue. I beseech the assemblies of the Victorious Ones not to pass into sorrow, but to turn the three baskets and the unsurpassed wheel of Dharma. I dedicate all accumulations of virtue to the streams of being of all beings. May all beings go to the unsurpassed state of liberation. I beseech the Buddhas and their offspring to consider me. May this excellent aspiration that I have composed be known as it is known by all the Victorious Ones, Samantabhadra, and his offspring, and by the noble Manjushri. May I learn in the footsteps of all of them. May the precious gurus who are the glory of the teachings be as pervasive as the sky for all. May they be as clear as the sun and moon for all. May they be as steadfast as a mountain for all time. May the precious sangha, the foundation of the teachings, be harmonious, pure in discipline, and rich in the three trainings. May the community of secret mantra practitioners, the heart of the teachings, possess vows and perfect the generation and completion stages. May the dharma-protecting kings, the patrons of the teachings, increase their political power and benefit the teachings. May the royal ministers, the supporters of the teachings, increase their intelligence and be endowed with skill. May the wealthy householders, the nourishers of the teachings, possess enjoyment and be free from harm. May all the vast realms that have faith in the teachings be filled with happiness and peace, and may obstacles be pacified. May I, the yogi who abides on the path, not break my vows and may my aspirations be fulfilled. May all those who are connected to me by good or bad karma be cared for by the Victorious Ones in the short and long term. May all beings enter the gate of the unsurpassed vehicle and attain the great kingdom of Samantabhadra. Thus, with single-pointed devotion, recite this blessed vajra speech of Orgyen Rinpoche three times or as many times as possible, and if inclined, also recite other extensive supplications. Second, is the ritual of offering the outer mandala to Jetsunma (Venerable Tara). The text says: 'Then, generate Jetsunma with her retinue in front, invite and absorb them, empower...' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

如经文'特别的供养和赞颂中,礼敬二十一度母,念诵两三遍或七遍,并重复曼荼罗,念诵并激发心续。'所说,共有三部分。第一部分是曼荼罗的准备,第二部分是修持,第三部分是如法地进行事业和供养。第一部分又分为三个部分:观想资粮田并进行普遍的供养和赞颂;特别地,进行顶礼和供养,并通过念诵来激发誓言;最后,为了所希望的愿望而祈祷。第一部分是:面前的供品进行净化。从空性的状态中,在面前的基座上,在盛开的白莲花和满月的中央,从绿色的ཏཱྃ་(藏文:ཏཱྃ,梵文天城体:ताṃ,梵文罗马拟音:tāṃ,汉语字面意思:种子字)字的光芒中,度母驱散了所有障碍,并聚集起来,瞬间圆满。中央是至尊度母,绿色的身色,一面二臂,寂静而微笑,右手结胜施印,左手施予救护并持着乌巴拉花,以丝绸和珍宝装饰,依靠着月亮的背光,在显空五彩光芒交织的境界中,双足半跏趺坐。从她的身体中,散发出无数与她相同的至尊度母,充满虚空,从所有暂时的和究竟的恐惧中拯救众生,三处以金刚三字庄严。在其周围的二十片莲花瓣上,从前方开始顺时针方向,在每个月亮座垫上:寂静的度母,白色,非常寂静且面带微笑,右手结施救护印,左手持乌巴拉花,从大地的恐惧中拯救;蓝色的度母,左手持着位于乌巴拉花上的金刚杵,从水的恐惧中拯救;红色的度母,左手持着宝珠火焰,从火的恐惧中拯救;黄色的度母,左手持着宝珠水晶,流淌着河流,从风的恐惧中拯救;白色的度母,左手持着以法轮为标志的须弥山,从风的恐惧中拯救; 增长的度母,黄色,姿态妩媚,右手持着珍宝,左手持着铁钩;绿色的度母,左手持着各种金刚杵,从金刚的恐惧中拯救;蓝色的度母,左手持着宝剑,从武器的恐惧中拯救;红色的度母,左手持着铁钩,从国王的恐惧中拯救;黑色的度母,左手持着敌人的匕首,从盗贼的恐惧中拯救;红色的度母,姿态迷人,右手持着莲花铁钩,左手持着绳索,具有控制力;黑色的度母,左手持着橛,从食肉鬼的恐惧中拯救;

As stated in the scripture, 'In the special offering and praise, homage to the twenty-one Taras, recite two, three, or seven times, and repeat the mandala, recite and inspire the mind stream.' There are three parts in total. The first part is the preparation of the mandala, the second part is the practice, and the third part is to properly perform the activities and offerings. The first part is further divided into three parts: visualizing the field of merit and performing general offerings and praises; specifically, performing prostrations and offerings, and inspiring the samaya through recitation; and finally, praying for the desired wishes. The first part is: purifying the offerings in front. From the state of emptiness, on the base in front, in the center of a blooming white lotus and full moon, from the light of the green ཏཱྃ་ (Tibetan: ཏཱྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), Tara dispels all obstacles and gathers together, instantly perfecting. In the center is the venerable Tara, green in color, one face and two arms, peaceful and smiling, the right hand making the gesture of supreme giving, the left hand giving refuge and holding an Utpala flower, adorned with silk and jewels, relying on the moon's backdrop, in the realm of interwoven clear-empty five-colored lights, with both feet in a half-lotus posture. From her body, emanate countless venerable Taras identical to her, filling the sky, saving beings from all temporary and ultimate fears, the three places adorned with the three vajra syllables. On the twenty lotus petals around it, starting from the front in a clockwise direction, on each moon seat: the peaceful Tara, white, very peaceful and smiling, the right hand making the gesture of giving refuge, the left hand holding an Utpala flower, saving from the fear of earth; the blue Tara, the left hand holding a vajra on the Utpala flower, saving from the fear of water; the red Tara, the left hand holding a jewel flame, saving from the fear of fire; the yellow Tara, the left hand holding a jewel crystal, flowing with a river, saving from the fear of wind; the increasing Tara, yellow, with a charming posture, the right hand holding a jewel, the left hand holding an iron hook; the green Tara, the left hand holding various vajras, saving from the fear of vajra; the blue Tara, the left hand holding a sword, saving from the fear of weapons; the red Tara, the left hand holding an iron hook, saving from the fear of kings; the black Tara, the left hand holding an enemy's dagger, saving from the fear of thieves; the red Tara, with a charming posture, the right hand holding a lotus iron hook, the left hand holding a rope, having control; the black Tara, the left hand holding a stake, saving from the fear of flesh-eating demons; --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
