To pacify the fear of suffering and effortlessly accomplish all desires, recite: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སརྦ་ཨརྠ་སིདྡྷི་སིདྡྷི་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔,梵文天城体:ॐ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे सर्वार्थ सिद्धि सिद्धि कुरु स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ tāre tuttāre ture sarvārtha siddhi siddhi kuru svāhā,Literal meaning: Om, O Tara, Swift Tara, Great Tara, Accomplish all aims, Accomplish, Make, Svaha). Repeat these (mantras) as mentioned above. The third part is the concluding prayer: Jetsun Phakma Drolma (至尊圣救度母) etc., preceded by the seven-branch offering composed by the Bhikshuni Gelongma Palmo (比丘尼 华摩). If willing and able, one can earnestly pray from the heart according to what is said in the Tara practice section of the treasure text 'The Three Cycles of the Ocean-Born Vajra' by Padmasambhava. Alternatively, one can pray in as much detail as possible. If that is not possible, then recite the well-known prayer [composed by Jetsun Rinpoche Drakpa Gyaltsen (至尊仁波切 扎巴坚赞)]: 'Jetsun Bhagavati, Possessing Great Compassion (至尊薄伽梵母,具大悲者)' etc., and scatter flowers. This is the ritual of offering the first mandala to Jetsun Tara. Second, the mandala that is in accordance with the practice: Recite the mantra of the clouds of offerings, and from the offerings to the end of the prayers, do as mentioned above. Recite the Twenty-One Taras Praise three times, the root mantra (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) of ten syllables three hundred times, and the special action mantra one hundred and fifty times. Third, the mandala that is in accordance with the activity: The difference is that the praise is recited seven times, the root mantra (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) seven hundred times, and the action mantra three hundred and fifty times, otherwise it is the same. The third part is the concluding ritual. As it is said in the text: 'Offer the torma and pray, Finally confess sins, Wisdom beings depart, Vows dissolve into oneself, Dedication and aspiration, Recite auspicious verses and scatter flowers.' Thus, it is divided into three parts: offering the torma, confessing and abiding, and finally adorning with dedication, aspiration, and auspicious verses. The first part is divided into three points: offering the torma, offering praise, and praying. First, purify the clean and pleasing torma. From emptiness, the space of the vessel becomes vast and immense, made of jewels, filled with the ocean of wish-fulfilling jewels transformed from Om Ah Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), possessing perfect color, smell, taste, and power. Bless by reciting Om Ah Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) three times. Visualize the arisen Holy Tara and her retinue in front, with the light of their tongues transformed into tubes, drawing the essence of the torma, and being pleased and satisfied. Recite: Namaḥ Sarva Buddha Bodhisattvānāṃ, Apratihata Śāsanānāṃ, He He Bhagavati, Mahāsatva Sarva Buddha Avalokite, Mā Vilamba Mā Vilamba, Idaṃ Baliṃ Gṛhṇāpaya Gṛhṇāpaya Hūṃ Hūṃ Sarva Bisañcare Svāhā (藏文略,梵文天城体略,梵文罗马拟音:namaḥ sarva buddhā bodhisattvānāṃ apratihata śāsanānāṃ he he bhagavati mahāsatva sarva buddha avalokite mā vilamba mā vilamba idaṃ baliṃ gṛhṇāpaya gṛhṇāpaya hūṃ hūṃ sarva bisañcare svāhā,Literal meaning: Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Whose teachings are unimpeded, He He Bhagavati, Great Being, All Buddhas Avalokite, Do not delay, do not delay, Accept this offering, Cause to accept, Cause to accept, Hum Hum, All scattered, Svaha). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Recite these, accompanied by the Mudra of Nam mkha' mdzod (Treasure of Space), offering seven or three times. Offer with the words from 'Om Guru Arya Tara Saparivara Argham' to 'Shabda Pratitsa Svaha'. Om! You are the master of the activities of all Buddhas, / Revered Swift and Courageous Tara, / Savior from all fears, / I praise you and your retinue! / This supreme Torma of offering and generosity, / Please consider it with great wisdom, / After enjoying this great bliss, / Please grant all accomplishments without exception! / Earth, water, fire, and wind disasters, / Hailstorms and lightning from the sky, / Weapons and royal punishment, / Thieves, flesh-eating demons, and enraged elephants, / Fierce beasts, wrathful ones, and venomous snakes, / Diseases, evil spirits, and untimely death, / Poverty and failure to achieve desires, etc., / All unbearable fears, / Please protect, pacify, and avert! / Liberate from the suffering of samsara and the lower realms, / Life, merit, and wisdom, etc., / Please increase the supreme and common siddhis! /' Thus praise and entrust activities. The second Torma is offered to all Dharma protectors in general. If you wish to elaborate, you can follow the ritual of the four-session Mandala. Even if it is not completed, there will be no fault of transgression because it is not specifically mentioned in the root text. Second, the offering: Focus on the common offering, recite the mantra of the offering cloud, and offer with the offering verses such as 'The assembly of the noble Arya Tara before my eyes'. Avalokiteshvara, possessing loving compassion, / With pure eyes, beholding all beings, / Bhagavati, emanating for the benefit of beings, / I prostrate and praise you, possessing loving compassion! One face, two arms, the color of indigo, / Like a sixteen-year-old maiden, youthful, / The right hand bestowing supreme gifts, the left holding a lotus, / I prostrate and praise the mother of the Buddhas of the three times! Adorned with precious jewels, smiling and radiating light, / Perfectly complete with all enjoyments and ornaments, / You are the treasure of the four activities and all accomplishments, / I prostrate and praise the mother who fulfills all needs and desires!' Thus praise. Third, requesting wishes: Om! From the treasure of jewels, may it be accomplished! Revered compassionate one! / Arya, by the power and blessing of practicing, offering, praising, and praying to you, / From now until enlightenment is attained, / May I never be separated from you, Arya, / May I be free from illness, have long life, and increase in prosperity, / May there be no obstacles to my practice of enlightenment, / May I quickly perfect the qualities of the grounds and paths, / May the benefit of myself and others be spontaneously accomplished, / May I attain the perfect enlightenment of complete omniscience!' Recite this three times and scatter flowers. Second --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
