The method of confessing transgressions and performing the Bstan bzhugs (stabilization): To compensate for deficiencies, recite the vowels, consonants, root mantra, and the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times each. From the 'Treasure of Jewels' (Ratna'i gter kha): 'I am an ignorant being, the focus of meditation is unclear, if there are omissions or errors in the ritual, may the assembly of noble ones forgive me.' With this, request forgiveness for transgressions. If there is no support (deity image), the Wisdom Being (Ye shes pa) will depart, and the Commitment Being (Dam tshig pa) will be absorbed into oneself. However, assuming there is a support, the Bstan bzhugs is performed. Join the palms and recite: 'Om, here together with the support.' etc., and at the end recite: 'Om Supratistha Vajraye Svaha,' visualizing the Commitment and Wisdom Beings as inseparable from the support, and scatter flowers. Third, adorn the end with dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words. From the 'Treasure of Jewels': 'The merit I have accumulated in the three times, such as approach and accomplishment, and other virtuous actions, exhortations, and rejoicing, and the blessings of offering to the noble mother, may they bring freedom from illness, long life, glory, and fame, may auspiciousness and supreme well-being be attained, and may the two purposes of self and others be accomplished.' And also the aforementioned 'ten directions' etc., dedication and aspiration prayers, should be extensively performed. Recite the auspicious verses of the Three Jewels such as 'Supreme Teacher.' From the 'Treasure of Jewels': 'Supreme mother of all Buddhas of the three times, supreme wish-fulfilling jewel that fulfills all needs and desires, supreme attainment of all auspiciousness, accomplishing all purposes, glorious one, good in the beginning, middle, and end, swift and courageous mother who accomplishes all activities, may the auspiciousness of the venerable noble Tara prevail.' etc., scattering a rain of auspicious flowers, causing the light of virtue to greatly increase. Incidentally, to briefly explain the method of making the activity deity the main focus in performing each of the aforementioned activities: The difference in the ritual is the same as others, but during the generation of the deity, the activity goddess is made the main focus, and in her place, Seng ldeng nags sgrol (Tara of the Acacia Forest) is visualized. During the recitation, the main focus is solely on the activity mantra and the emanation and absorption of the light that accomplishes that activity. For example, in the pacifying activity, visualize the pacifying Tara in the center, and in her place, visualize Seng ldeng nags sgrol. During the recitation, visualize the light from the mantra garland at her heart stimulating the minds of the surrounding goddesses. Visualize light radiating from the hearts of all the main and surrounding deities, accomplishing all kinds of pacifying activities, and mainly recite 'Vajra Tare'. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Therefore, it should be understood. Furthermore, the above-mentioned ritual is only a medium-level version that is easy to recite and carry. If you want a more detailed ritual, you can refer to the Sakya school's ritual, which is the writing of the great Lama Sonam Gyaltsen and its appendix, and the Jowo school's ritual, which is the compilation of rituals by the Vidyadhara Tsewang Norbu, which is widely circulated in the Kagyu school and is a recognized and reliable document. However, no matter what kind of ritual is performed, the most important thing is that the goal is clear, the speech is slow and clear, and the meaning of each link is understood. If you only focus on reciting a large amount of content without focusing on the goal, and even the sentences cannot be understood, then this kind of scattered behavior without accumulating merit is meaningless. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the above-mentioned brief ritual is sufficient to achieve the purpose. If a very brief ritual is required in special circumstances such as travel, as the great Vidyadhara said, it is possible even without a deity image. Although it is said here that a Thangka needs to be displayed during the preparation stage, it can be understood that the welcoming and prayer mentioned in the subsequent rituals are performed without a deity image. If there are not enough offerings, only one type can be offered at a time. If there are not enough mandalas, the mandala plate can be replaced and offered repeatedly, which is what is said in the standard literature. Recitation should also be appropriately simplified according to the situation. The method of simplifying the ritual will be explained in the practice section. The benefit of doing so is that, in general, practicing the meditation of the venerable Tara and reciting the ten-syllable mantra can obtain temporary and ultimate immeasurable merits, which has been widely explained in the Tara's tantra. In addition, this document also says: 'Reciting millions of times, etc., will be blessed by the Bhagavan Mother. All fears will be calmed. All wishes will be fulfilled. You will obtain the Dharani of constantly remembering past lives without forgetting. In the Bardo stage, the venerable Mother will protect and liberate you from all fears. You will go from one Buddha land to another.' In addition, the special benefits of practicing the mandala ritual can be found in the merits of the King of Praises: 'If you recite two, three, or seven times, those who want a son will get a son, those who want wealth will get wealth, all wishes will be fulfilled, obstacles will be eliminated and destroyed.' And, the scripture says: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
