In the center of the immeasurable palace's splendor and boundless arrangements, in the place of pure essence, where you reside, upon a fully blossomed white lotus and a seat of the complete moon disc, within the union of the sun and moon of your own awareness's manifestation, is the white seed syllable ཏཱྃ་ (Tibetan: ཏཱྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable). From this, light radiates, offering to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, gathering all the essence of stability and change, samsara and nirvana, merging and completely transforming. From this, you become the venerable Arya Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, with the radiance of the moon, peaceful and smiling, possessing seven eyes of wisdom. The right hand grants supreme blessings, the left hand bestows the mudra of refuge, holding the stem of a white utpala flower at the heart, its petals blooming near the ear, its stamen filled with a vase of immortal life nectar. Adorned with silk and jewels, seated in the vajra posture, embracing in your lap the Lord of the World, white and red with his own light, holding a lotus and a vase of long life. At the crown of the head is white ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), at the throat is red ཨཱཿ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), and at the heart is blue ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) as a sign. In the center of the union of the sun and moon at the heart, the white seed syllable ཏཱྃ་ (Tibetan: ཏཱྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable) radiates light, focus your mind single-pointedly on this. Then, in order to cause the blessings of the wisdom deity to descend upon the purified lineage, with the sound of joy and the light of bliss from the union of the father and mother deities filling the expanse of space, with immeasurable devotion and longing, urge the commitment of the deity with vajra songs. All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and four times, and especially the deities of the mandala of the Bhagavati Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, all the blessings and accomplishments of their body, speech, and mind, without exception, in the form of body mudras, speech syllables, mind symbols, bindus, and rays of light, descend like a great rain, merging indivisibly into you, so that the blessings of great wisdom enter your being. After doing this, burn the substances for the descent, urge with melodies and musical instruments, and recite many prayers and mantras. If it does not descend, then perform the rite of summoning. Again, visualize in this way: you, the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, clear as before, in the center of the heart, the nature of wind and mind inseparable, filled with joy, with white and red radiance, rotating intensely counterclockwise, focus your mind on this, and rest in the state of non-duality of awareness and emptiness. By singing the song of Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) to descend, the sign of certain descent is the three gates... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If experiences such as the radiance of great bliss arise, naturally maintain them. Believe that the stream of blessings from the wisdom deity thus descended is fully established in the three doors. Recite 'Om Vajra Jnana Tistha Hrum,' and place the vajra cross on the crown of the head. Prepare the mandala for offering flowers, and let each of you offer the flower you received earlier to the wisdom mandala. Although there is no distinction between the main deity and retinue in terms of their inherent nature, may the flower fall on the deity with whom each of you has a connection from previous lives. Thinking this, recite this verse and repeat it, then offer the flower. Recite: 'Om! Precious flowers are delightful, self-born mandala offered to the gods, gods related to lifetimes, please accept with compassion. Om Ratna Puspe Pratitsa Ho,' and then have everyone offer flowers. If the flower thus offered falls in the center, take the Sugata family's supreme deity, the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel (Avalokiteshvara), as the supreme deity; if it falls in the east, take Vajra Tara as the supreme deity; if it falls in the south, take Ratna Tara as the supreme deity; if it falls in the west, take Padma Tara as the supreme deity; if it falls in the north, take Karma Tara as the supreme deity. Bestow a secret name that matches the family, and re-tie the flower garland, believing that the flower has been accepted by the supreme deity and is again tied on the crown of the head in the form of an empowerment symbol. Recite: 'Hum! This is the deity to whom you belong, from now until enlightenment, for the sake of bestowing inseparable blessings, I give you a precious flower garland. Om Pratigrhna Imam Sattva Maha Bala Tistha Om' From the heart of the master, rays of wisdom light shine forth like golden needles, believe that the veils of your ignorance and the eye coverings are removed together. Holding the eye needle, recite: 'Om! With the wisdom of the immortal noble mother, may the light dispel the darkness of ignorance, may the meaning and signs of the self-nature mandala be directly seen. Om Vajra Jnana Caksur Pravesaya Phat,' and then remove the face covering. Thus, having newly obtained the pure wisdom eye, to show the mandala and generate joy, recite: 'Hum! From the beginning, the pure self-nature realm, the form of the wisdom image appears, the mandala of symbolic signs is the play of supreme samadhi, the supreme miracle of inconceivable birth, the bodhicitta and the assembly of retinues, without distinction of inner, outer, and other three, in the mandala of the venerable noble mother, enter here, look at this, meditate on this meaning, seeing it purifies the sins of many kalpas, empowerment ripens the wisdom lineage, meditating on it achieves true accomplishment.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
