English
Rays of light spread everywhere. In the middle, rays of light, rainbows, and fine lines fill the Ali Kali (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི, Sanskrit Devanagari: अलि कलि, Sanskrit Romanization: ali kali, no literal meaning). Finally, everything transforms into the form of Guru (Tibetan: གྷུ་རུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुरु, Sanskrit Romanization: guru, master) parents, like a sesame seed filling the three thousand worlds. Visualize each emanation of the parents being surrounded by the five classes of dakinis. Recite 'Ama (Tibetan: ཨ་མ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, no literal meaning) is clear, a mass of light,' stop speaking, and practice for seven days. You will meet the deity and receive prophecies in reality, dreams, and visions. Rainbows and flashes of light will appear, your own body will become invisible, others will not see you, and a fragrance will emanate. Occasionally, make offerings and praises. Then, the light, deity, and bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, drop) dakinis all become the three thousand worlds with a loud sound. Visualize the collection of all essences, gathering the forms of white, red, yellow, green, and blue, merging into yourself, which is the manifestation of the complete body (Tibetan: སྐུ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས), accompanied by joy. Then, all the deities merge into the main self. The self also merges into the Guru (Tibetan: གྷུ་རུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुरु, Sanskrit Romanization: guru, master) parents in the form of light. The parents merge into the mantra rosary. The mantra rosary merges into the two A's (Tibetan: ཨ་མ་གཉིས, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, no literal meaning). The two A's (Tibetan: ཨ་མ་གཉིས, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, no literal meaning) also become a bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, drop), located above the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, no literal meaning). The letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, no literal meaning) dissolves into light and merges into the bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, drop). Abide the bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, drop) in the inconceivable emptiness, which is to be practiced for a long time. Attaining enlightenment in emptiness is the state of Mahamudra (Tibetan: ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ). This is the profound instruction for practicing vipassana wisdom. Ati (Tibetan: ཨྠྀི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अति, Sanskrit Romanization: ati, beyond)! Guhya (Tibetan: གྷུ་ཧྱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुह्य, Sanskrit Romanization: guhya, secret)! Samaya (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय, Sanskrit Romanization: samaya, vow)! Gya Gya Gya (Tibetan: རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: gya gya gya, seal, seal, seal)! The third general meaning is the subsequent order, which is divided into two parts: using the path to extract the essence, and training the skills of the path through the actions of a yogi and ultimately completing it. First, extracting the essence: relying on male guidance to extract the essence of the yogi, and relying on female guidance to extract the essence of the yogini. If the basis is a bhikshuni and a bhikshu, then one must train one's own body to have skillful means. First, learn the great vase breath (Tibetan: བུམ་ཆེན་རླུང). Second, learn the action wheel (Tibetan: སྤྱོད་པ་འཕྲུལ་འཁོར). In the action wheel (Tibetan: འཕྲུལ་འཁོར), there is male guidance Vajra drinking water, and female guidance lotus sucking. In these two, there is the guidance of the body training channels, the guidance of the language training air, and the guidance of the mind training bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, drop). In the bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, drop), there is the guidance of the white component father, the guidance of the red component mother, the guidance of non-dual union, and the guidance of non-union skillful means. Seeking the path through the actions of a yogi is divided into two parts: seeking the path by eliminating obstacles, and seeking the path by cutting off actions. In eliminating obstacles, there is the elimination of the body's obstacles as the basis, the elimination of the air's obstacles as the reliance, and the elimination of the bindu's (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, drop) obstacles as the purpose. Cutting off actions is cutting off non-substantial gods and demons, and cutting off substantial form bodies. All of these are cut off for oneself, and are the (function) of the mind. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
