To all the owners of karmic debts, may my body—the living body before death, the corpse after death, the dismembered flesh and blood, the needed items—whatever is needed, be piled up like mountains, some existing in reality, and those that don't, transformed by the mind, may they be satisfied! May the debts be cleared! May the blood feuds be eliminated! May all of this be accompanied by the precious Bodhicitta, and may compassion arise in the mind! May the nature of illusion be recognized!' Recite the above seven times and visualize. Recite: 'Om Ah Hum, Phat Phat, Phat Phat!' Afterwards, praise with the praise of the Dakinis, and purify again: The mandala of the Guru Dakinis merges into one, merging into the main deity, the Father and Mother. The main deity, the Father and Mother, experience bliss and emptiness in union, and from the point of union, a stream of wisdom nectar descends, falling into my Brahma aperture, entering the body, transforming all sins and obscurations into ashes and soot, all diseases into pus and blood, all demons into the form of living beings, expelled from the lower gate, all veins are filled, all pores are opened, all inside and outside are purified, visualize as clear as crystal, and then recite the hundred-syllable mantra of the Guru Dakinis: 'Om Ah Hum Guru Dakini Jnana Vajra Sattva Samaya, Manupalaya, Guru Dakini Jnana Vajra Sattva Tenopa, Tistha Dridho Me Bhava, Sutoshayo Me Bhava, Anurakto Me Bhava, Suposhayo Me Bhava, Sarva Siddhi Meme Prayaccha, Sarva Karma Sucame, Cittam Shriya Kuru Hum, Haha Haha Ho Bhagavan, Sarva Tathagata, Guru Dakini Jnana, Vajra Mame Munjca, Guru Dakini Jnana Vajri Bhava, Maha Samaya, Guru Dakini Jnana Vajra Sattva Ah!' Recite at least one hundred and eight times each day, visualizing the six realms of beings below, especially those troubled by karmic debts and body demons, each with an emanation of Guru appearing on their heads, becoming like me. Especially for those harmful demons, purify with strong compassion. Ati! The second part, focusing on Amala at non-fixed times, is divided into two parts: focusing on Amala and establishing the basis of Shamatha and Vipassana; through practicing meditation, developing insight wisdom. The first part: Generate strong devotion and longing for the Guru Father and Mother above, visualize Guru Padmasambhava dissolving into light, transforming into a white 'Ah' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: none), the size of a fingernail; Yeshe Tsogyal dissolving into light, transforming into a red 'Ma' (Tibetan: མ, Sanskrit Devanagari: म, Sanskrit Romanization: ma, Chinese literal meaning: mother), the size of a fingernail. Blow three breaths. Then, inhale with a gentle breath possessing four qualities, visualizing 'Ma'... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Entering from the letter-mold hole, it stays in the throat. Focus on the A-syllable (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: None) clearly visible sixteen finger-widths below the tip of the nose. As the breath goes out, visualize the A-syllable emitting light. As the breath comes in, visualize the A-syllable becoming subtle, almost touching the nostrils. Visualize the white light of the A-syllable, like mercury, combining with the karma-wind, coming in, causing the red Ma-syllable (Tibetan: མ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मा, Sanskrit Romanization: ma, Literal meaning: Mother) to feel pleasure. The Ma-syllable is warm with the power of bliss. Focus on this. As the breath goes out again, visualize the heat of the Ma-syllable radiating, merging into the A-syllable, causing the A-syllable to feel pleasure, sparkling like dewdrops on crystal with the power of bliss. Focus on this. Adjust the strength, weakness, and moderation of the breath according to the person's constitution, and practice for seven days. This practice is the path of realizing the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: None), thereby freeing oneself from the pitfalls of lethargic shamatha. Second, focusing the mind on the shamatha of samadhi: Then, bring the Ma-syllable (Tibetan: མ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मा, Sanskrit Romanization: ma, Literal meaning: Mother) down to the heart. Bring the A-syllable (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: None) from the path of the nostrils down to the throat, and from the throat down to the center of the heart. Visualize the A and Ma syllables facing each other, inseparable. The A-syllable is white, with the nature of lunar nectar, bringing pleasure. The Ma-syllable is red, with the nature of fierce heat, its essence being red, and its touch being hot and warm. Focus on this, with one-pointed concentration, and bliss and warmth will naturally arise. When bliss and warmth arise, also release the grasping at the A and Ma syllables, and without letting the mind wander, focus on the bliss and warmth themselves. In the best case, bliss, warmth, and emptiness arise simultaneously; in the middle case, bliss and emptiness arise; in the worst case, only warmth arises. During this time, constantly sharpen the mind, exposing various subtle and gross thoughts, such as pleasure and pain, good and bad, afflictions, etc., just like separating impurities from gold and silver. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Guhya! Ati! Having done this, when shamatha becomes proficient, you can grasp the measure of practice yourself. When the essence of insight is realized, the belief in one's own mind is like finding the entrusted wealth back in one's own hands. Next is the second part, training the power of samadhi, which is further divided into two parts: training the power of samadhi and transforming insight into wisdom. First is training the power of samadhi: Visualize the essence of the guru, the A-syllable (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: None), at the forehead, and the essence of the dakini, the Ma-syllable (Tibetan: མ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मा, Sanskrit Romanization: ma, Literal meaning: Mother), at the navel. Visualize the central channel within the body, with its upper end connected to the A-syllable and its lower end connected to the Ma-syllable, forming the shape of a dharma source. Then, adopt the half-lotus posture, make the joyful hand gesture, inhale forcefully three times, and as the hips vibrate, visualize the heat at the Ma-syllable burning like fire, and fan it with the breath. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
