Phaṭ Phaṭ Phaṭ! Visualize that the body of Ama (Tibetan: ཨ་མའི་, literally: mother) is filled with bliss, and by reciting 'Phem Phem,' five Ḍākinīs emanate from the five places of the mother. The five Ḍākinīs each stand in the east, south, west, north, and center of their own corpse, and dance in the manner of performing actions. From the heart of the main deity, four A syllables (Tibetan: ཨ་ཡིག་) radiate, and visualize three A syllables transforming into three skull-cups the size of human heads, like Mount Sumeru, with one A syllable on top transforming into a skull-vessel equal to three thousand worlds. Then, the five Ḍākinīs chop the corpse into pieces with curved knives, put them into the skull-cup, and pile up the hair and body hair without leaving anything out. Place the head and brain in the east, the heart and life-force veins in the center, the liver and bile in the south, the genitals and kidneys in the west, and the lungs and spleen in the north. On top of these, place the five meats and five amṛtas each in their respective places. Then cover it with the skin, transforming it into the shape of the moon, and seal it. After that, visualize that from the heart of the main deity, the Hūṃ syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: हुं, IAST: hūṃ, literally: Hūṃ) emanates, transforming into a Khaṭvāṅga (Devanagari: खट्वाङ्ग, IAST: khaṭvāṅga, literally: staff) with its head pointing downwards. The three points are marked with Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་, Devanagari: ॐ, IAST: oṃ, literally: Oṃ), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, IAST: āḥ, literally: Āḥ), and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: हुं, IAST: hūṃ, literally: Hūṃ), and on the handle, visualize Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་, Devanagari: ॐ, IAST: oṃ, literally: Oṃ), Mūṃ, with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: हुं, IAST: hūṃ, literally: Hūṃ), Trāṃ, Hrīḥ, Āḥ in the four directions, and Māṃ, Pāṃ, Tāṃ, Lāṃ. Then, the five groups of Ḍākinīs, under the skull-cup, visualize Yaṃ as wind, forming a crossed vajra. On top of that, visualize Raṃ as red and black. The Ḍākinīs fan with wind fans, Yaṃ produces wind, and Raṃ ignites flames, heating the skull-cup, causing all the substances inside to boil and churn, and all the impurities, dregs, and uncleanness of the corpse to flow out from the seal. The five Ḍākinīs look up at the sky and loudly recite: 'E Ā Ralli Pheṃ Pheṃ Pheṃ! Hriṃ Hriṃ Hriṃ! Jaḥ Jaḥ Jaḥ! Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Ho! Phaṭ Phaṭ Phaṭ!' Through the fierce recitation, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions are invited in the form of the five Buddha-father-mothers, and they dissolve into their respective seed syllables. The Vajra Khaṭvāṅga (Devanagari: खट्वाङ्ग, IAST: khaṭvāṅga, literally: staff) rotates to the right, stirring the substances inside, and from the seed syllables, streams of amṛta descend, dissolving into the moon. From the moon, amṛta with cool rays descends and dissolves into the essence inside, which is full of heat and power. Then, the seed syllables together with the moon dissolve into light and merge into the essence substance, the essence substance becomes balanced in heat and cold, and vapor rises in abundance. After that, the five Ḍākinīs recite the three-syllable mantra and stir the substances with the Khaṭvāṅga (Devanagari: खट्वाङ्ग, IAST: khaṭvāṅga, literally: staff), and from the vapor, the Gatekeeper Ḍākinīs and the offering clouds, in the form of the sixteen goddesses, radiate in the ten directions, inviting the Tathāgatas of the ten directions, the victorious ones and their sons, the Lamas, Yidams, Ḍākinīs, and Dharma Protectors, making them pleased. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

May they become inseparable. May the four gates become guests of the world, the eight classes of gods and demons, local deities and earth lords, the six realms of beings, all karmic creditors and obstructing forces are summoned and gathered like a marketplace. May all be without conflict, and may they abide with joy, satisfaction, and respect. Visualize this: 'OM AH RA LLI PEM PEM, HUNG HUNG, A BHÉ SHA YA DZA, A KAR SHA YA DZA HUNG BAM HO, PHAT PHAT PHAT PHAT.' Thus, invite the guests and offer the feast by reciting the action section of the Dakini practice. Alternatively, one may recite the 'Nine Expressions of Wrathful Activity.' Then, as the five classes of Dakinis squeeze the essence from the nectarous Bhanda (skullcup), offer it to the supreme guests. May the essence of nectar transform into clouds of offering: white Vajra Dakini, yellow Ratna Dakini, red Padma Dakini, green Karma Dakini, and blue Buddha Dakini offering clouds. From within the dense cloud formations, may the sixteen goddesses emerge halfway and offer the feast. Visualize that all the Victorious Ones are pleased and delighted. Hold this visualization for twenty-one sessions, and contemplate offering to the assembly of gurus, TsoGyal (Lake Born Vajra), Orgyen (Padmasambhava) father and mother, and the Kagyu lineage holders. 'OM AH HUNG GURU PADMA JÑANA DAKINI HA RI NI SA, RA TSA HRI YA SARVA SAMAYA, IDAM BHALINGTA, SARVA PANCHA AMRITA RAKTA PÚDZALA KHA KHA KHA HI KHA HI.' Thus, visualize and offer. Secondly, visualize that all the Yidam deities are pleased and partake. After 'OM AH HUNG,' add the root mantra of whichever Yidam is desired, followed by 'KHA HI.' Thirdly, for the Dakinis, the three seed syllables and the root mantra. Fourthly, the Dharma protectors. Fifthly, the wealth deities. Sixthly, the oath-bound ones. Seventhly, for the local deities, to the earth lords of this place, those who dwell here originally, into their mouths, 'OM AH HUNG.' Seventhly, gods, nagas, tsen, demons, earth lords, demu, kings, yakshas, rakshasas, planets, constellations, theurang, life-force lords, mamos, mayam, medicine women, tenma, sages, gze spirits, snow demons, etc., the seventy guardians of the directions, all the eight classes of gods and demons. Eighthly, to all beings of the six realms, encompassed by the three realms, offer according to their individual desires, may they be freed from all suffering, may all their wishes be fulfilled, may they be endowed with happiness and attain enlightenment. Visualize this, and after 'OM AH HUNG,' embellish with the syllable 'PHAT.' Ninthly, for one's own karmic obstacles, bodily obstacles, life-force lords, demonic influences, wind obstacles, male obstacles, female obstacles, bese obstacles, etc., eighty thousand demonic forces, three thousand six hundred obstructing spirits, the fifteen great child demons, lords of disease, lords of epidemics, lords of contagious diseases, runny nose, followers, those who cling, those who entwine the body, those who are initiated by karma. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
