当脐轮的拙火在心间旋转，暖意抵达喉咙，拙火在喉咙燃烧，暖意抵达额头时，观想‘阿’(藏文: ཨ，梵文天城体: अ，梵文罗马拟音: a，汉语字面意思: 无)字，因大乐的力量而颤抖，感到阵阵酥麻，观想甘露滴滴落下。拙火在头顶燃烧，暖意抵达梵穴时，观想从‘阿’(藏文: ཨ，梵文天城体: अ，梵文罗马拟音: a，汉语字面意思: 无)字降下具有清凉光芒的甘露，如雨般洒落。压制火焰，甘露降至喉咙，压制火焰，甘露降至心间。然后，以拥抱的印契，观想甘露融入脉络，化为点点乐的火焰。在逃避追逐中修持心性时，保持等持。无勤生起乐空双运的证悟。此时，结合观想明点的法，练习技法。 第二，将胜观转化为智慧。如是，提升暖意，降下明点，观想从‘阿’(藏文: ཨ，梵文天城体: अ，梵文罗马拟音: a，汉语字面意思: 无)字化为五股金刚杵，降至喉咙；从‘玛’(藏文: མ，梵文天城体: म，梵文罗马拟音: ma，汉语字面意思: 有)字化为八瓣莲花，降至心间。以意念祈请：‘阿玛’(藏文: ཨ་མ་，梵文天城体: अम，梵文罗马拟音: ama，汉语字面意思: 母亲)清晰，光芒万丈！当金刚杵落于莲花座上，一半没入莲花花蕊，一半显露，专注于竖立，即是于心之法相中显现圆满菩提。然后，如前祈请，从金刚杵和莲花中，光芒四射，照耀十方莲花光明的宫殿。迎请十方菩萨、如来、本尊、空行母、护法等，特别是莲花生大士(Padmasambhava)父父，如雪落入海中般融入金刚杵和莲花，二者光芒炽盛，转变。 从金刚杵中显现咕噜莲师(Guru Padmasambhava)，身色白里透红，手持金刚杵和颅器，内盛长寿宝瓶，身着六种骨饰和多种化身饰品，顶发束为发髻，以骨饰庄严。莲花中显现空行母措嘉(Khaodroma Tsoyal)，红色光芒炽盛，年轻而微笑，赤身以骨饰和珍宝庄严，手持如意宝珠，光芒四射，拥抱莲师父，头发散开，乳房和莲宫丰满，观想生起四喜的智慧。观想空行母心间月轮上，红色‘拉’(藏文: ལ，梵文天城体: ल，梵文罗马拟音: la，汉语字面意思: 地)字周围环绕红色卡丽字鬘，莲师父心间，白色‘阿’(藏文: ཨ，梵文天城体: अ，梵文罗马拟音: a，汉语字面意思: 无)字周围环绕白色阿丽字鬘。二者顺时针和逆时针旋转，白色和红色的光芒照耀自身所有脉络，化为光蕴。以自生光的力量，自身住所、国土、三千世界皆化为点点光明，明点闪烁。

When the heat of the inner fire revolves in the heart chakra, warmth reaches the throat; the inner fire blazes in the throat, warmth reaches the forehead. Visualize the syllable 'Ah' (藏文: ཨ，梵文天城体: अ，梵文罗马拟音: a，汉语字面意思: Absence) and, due to the force of bliss, tremble with a shivering sensation, feeling trickles of nectar dripping down. The inner fire blazes at the crown of the head, warmth reaches the Brahma aperture. Visualize nectar, cool and radiant, descending from the syllable 'Ah' (藏文: ཨ，梵文天城体: अ，梵文罗马拟音: a，汉语字面意思: Absence) like rain. Suppress the fire, and nectar descends to the throat; suppress the fire, and nectar descends to the heart. Then, with the embracing mudra, visualize nectar dissolving into the channels, transforming into individual flames of bliss. While practicing mind training in the midst of pursuit and escape, maintain equipoise. The realization of co-emergent bliss and emptiness arises effortlessly. At this time, practice the technique in conjunction with the visualization of the wheel. Secondly, transforming superior seeing into wisdom: In this way, raise the warmth and lower the bindu. Visualize that from the syllable 'Ah' (藏文: ཨ，梵文天城体: अ，梵文罗马拟音: a，汉语字面意思: Absence) transforms into a five-pronged vajra, descending to the throat; from the syllable 'Ma' (藏文: མ，梵文天城体: म，梵文罗马拟音: ma，汉语字面意思: Having) transforms into an eight-petaled lotus, coming to rest in the heart. With the mind, pray: 'Ama' (藏文: ཨ་མ་，梵文天城体: अम，梵文罗马拟音: ama，汉语字面意思: Mother) is clear, a mass of light! When the vajra descends onto the lotus seat, half submerged in the lotus's stamen, half protruding upwards, focus on the erectness, which is the manifestation of complete enlightenment from the symbols of the heart. Then, again, pray as before. From the vajra and lotus, rays of light radiate in the ten directions to the palace of lotus light. Invite all the bodhisattvas of the ten directions, the Tathagatas, yidams, dakinis, oath-bound protectors, and especially Padmasambhava and his consort, like snow falling into the ocean, dissolving into the vajra and lotus. The two blaze with light and transform. From the vajra appears Guru Padmasambhava, his complexion white with a reddish hue, holding a vajra and skullcup containing the vase of longevity, adorned with the six bone ornaments and various nirmanakaya ornaments, his hair tied in a topknot, beautifully adorned with pieces of bone. In his embrace, from the lotus appears the dakini Tsoyal, red and radiant, youthful and smiling, naked, adorned with bone ornaments and jewels, holding a wish-fulfilling gem, radiant, and a skullcup, embracing the Father, her hair loose, her breasts and bhaga full, visualizing the generation of the wisdom of the four joys. Visualize in the heart of the consort, on a lunar disc, the red syllable 'La' (藏文: ལ，梵文天城体: ल，梵文罗马拟音: la，汉语字面意思: Earth) surrounded by a garland of red Kali letters, and in the heart of the Father, the white syllable 'Ah' (藏文: ཨ，梵文天城体: अ，梵文罗马拟音: a，汉语字面意思: Absence) surrounded by a garland of white Ali letters. The white and red rays of light, rotating clockwise and counterclockwise, spread throughout one's entire body, transforming into a mass of light.
