With three faces and six arms, and four legs in postures of extending and contracting, I prostrate and praise you—the father and mother deities, inseparable in skillful means and wisdom! On the crown of your head is Garuda, in your throat is the glory of the Hayagriva, In your heart is Vajrakumara, and at your waist is Chakrasamvara.
