Countless lassos, iron hooks, and bells are scattered. Hook the enemies and obstacles from where they are, and pull them out from their hearts with iron hooks. Grab their necks with lassos, bind their limbs with iron hooks, push the bells from behind, and take them away in an instant. Recite ‘ཤ་ཏྲཱུཾ་པྲ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཕཊཿ’ (Tibetan), ‘शत्रुं प्रवेशय फट्’ (Sanskrit Devanagari), ‘shatrum praveshaya phat’ (Sanskrit Romanization), ‘enemy, enter, phat!’, dispatching messengers to open their chests. Hook the enemies and obstacles you have in mind to this place immediately! Tonight, at midnight, the oath-breaking enemies are asleep! At that time, when the life and soul wander, the summoning messengers! Lurk, run, chase, seize and kill them! Do not let them escape, quickly hook them! Do not let go, quickly take them away! Place the life, soul, and consciousness into the image! Hook, return, bind, and control!
