诸神之首，具力自在天父母， 以及差遣的使者，星宿罗睺罗。 夺命父母，役使门巴三尊， 咒主十八傲慢尊，请为见证。 天龙八部男女众，以及龙族后裔， 所有被召集的傲慢神众， 善恶秉持，誓言追随者， 毫不懈怠，存在之傲慢，请为见证。 我乃无伪真实瑜伽士， 为利有情众生，成就菩提， 律仪戒律，菩萨戒，真言誓言等， 依循胜者所说之妙道， 为求一生圆满之菩提， 祈愿十方之敌与障碍勿扰。 摧毁佛法，破坏正法， 诋毁僧伽，摧毁寂静修行地， 无视因果，危害六道众生， 诽谤金刚上师，轻蔑本尊， 诋毁三宝，轻视护法， 中断修持，加害道友， 违背誓言，诽谤持誓者， 怨恨之敌，以及加害之 障碍众， 我最初未曾恶意报复， 中间未曾后悔恶语相向， 最终未曾动手反击， 以善报恶，施恩报德， 然此作恶之敌，时时加害于我， 故祈请三根本护法傲慢众， 作为见证，裁决善恶， 支持真理，立即降伏作恶者， 勿懈怠，勿违越，所修之护法众， 守誓之时已到，萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）！' 如是宣告。 生起所依与能依： 于林伽（linga）上涂血。 帕特（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）！ 从空性中，自身心间生起一个蓝色埃（藏文：ཨེ，梵文天城体：ए，梵文罗马拟音：e，汉语字面意思：无），向前放射，完全转变，化为： 忿怒法界自性，阎罗的刹土，所有敌人和障碍的恶业成熟之处，黑色三角形监狱，充满五毒之火、水、土、木，以及天龙八部的屠夫。 其中，那（藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：人）字代表敌人，或扎（藏文：ཏྲི，梵文天城体：त्रि，梵文罗马拟音：tri，汉语字面意思：三）字代表障碍，某某的蕴、界、处全部圆满，瘦弱憔悴，被疾病和痛苦折磨， 哀嚎呼救，披头散发，捶胸顿足，被救护的护法抛弃，被行刑的屠夫抓住。 观想自身心间放光，照触并融入 夺命父母、门巴三尊、咒主十八傲慢尊的心间命字， 刹那间催动他们，他们派出化身使者，手持铁钩。

Supreme deities, powerful and majestic Father and Mother, And the dispatched messengers, the planetary Rahula. Life-taking Father and Mother, the three Mönpa executors, Mantra lords, the eighteen arrogant ones, be witness. The eight classes of gods and demons, male and female, and the lineage of Nagas, All the assembled arrogant ones, accomplishing deeds, Holding the balance of good and evil, enforcing vows, Unwavering, the arrogant ones of existence, be witness. I am a genuine and sincere yogi, For the sake of sentient beings, to achieve enlightenment, The Vinaya precepts, Bodhisattva vows, mantra commitments, etc., Following the excellent path spoken by the Victorious Ones, To achieve complete enlightenment in one lifetime, May the enemies and obstacles of the ten directions not hinder me. Destroying the Buddha's teachings, ruining the Dharma, Slandering the Sangha, destroying solitary retreat places, Ignoring cause and effect, harming the six realms of beings, Defaming the Vajra Master, despising the Yidam, Reviling the Three Jewels, disrespecting the Dharma protectors, Interrupting practice, harming fellow practitioners, Breaking vows, slandering those who keep vows, Hateful enemies, and harmful Obstacle hosts, I have not retaliated with malice from the beginning, I have not regretted speaking harsh words in the middle, I have not physically attacked in the end, Even though I repay evil with good, and return kindness for harm, This evil enemy always harms me, Therefore, I pray to the Three Roots and the assembly of arrogant protectors, Be witness, judge good and evil, Support the truth, subdue the evildoer now, Do not be negligent, do not deviate, protectors who have been practiced, The time for your oath has come, Samaya (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：vow)!'
