༔ 此秘密供养之红白菩提心，为赐予成就而作供养。 嗡 辛哈达吉尼 哈哈 呵利尼萨 玛哈 咕雅 秀卡让 普扎 呵。（藏文：བཾ་སིཾ་ཧ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་ཧྱ་ཤུ་ཀྲཾ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོ།） 第四，献甘露： 吽！ 对于空行狮面母及其眷属，献上甘露妙药之供养： 本初清净之甘露（藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：不死），五部种姓之誓言，稀有殊胜。 与空性结合，能摧毁五毒之妙药，祈请享用誓言物甘露之供养。 嗡 辛哈达吉尼 哈哈 呵利尼萨 班杂 阿弥利达 普扎 啦卡嘿。（藏文：བཾ་སིཾ་ཧ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་པཱུ་ཛ་ལ་ཁཱ་ཧི།） 第五，献朵玛： 吽！ 对于空行狮面母及其眷属，献上朵玛之供养： 于清净法界之宝器（梵文天城体：भण्डा，梵文罗马拟音：bhaṇḍa），陈设巴陵朵玛。 具备血肉之红色受用，以及誓言物甘露之殊胜美味，如云般密集之欲妙天女，献上稀有奇妙之朵玛。 嗡 辛哈达吉尼 哈哈 呵利尼萨 玛哈 巴陵达 卡让 卡嘿。（藏文：བཾ་སིཾ་ཧ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི།） 第六，献血： 吽！ 对于空行狮面母及其眷属，献上血之供养： 宝器中燃烧之口器，能断除三界轮回之因。 血之精髓如巨浪翻滚，血油蒸汽弥漫。 乳海洁白光亮，祈请享用血之供养，赐予我力量与成就。 嗡 辛哈达吉尼 哈哈 呵利尼萨 玛哈 惹达 啦卡让 卡嘿。（藏文：བཾ་སིཾ་ཧ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་མ་ཧཱ་རཀྟ་ལ་ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི།） 第十三，赞颂： 吽！ 于自性大乐之秘密尸林中，虽未动摇于法界无生之状态。 然为调伏所化众生而化现身，空行之主尊，具狮子之面容。 三世诸佛之生母，至尊之母，身色红黑，不可逼视，极其炽燃。 忿怒威猛，以威势压服显有世间，三眼怒视，摄集轮回涅槃。 为调伏鬼神而张口龇牙，以齿击之声撼动三有。 日月为肩饰，三界无与伦比，断除烦恼根本，右手持钺刀（梵文天城体：कर्तरी，梵文罗马拟音：kartari，汉语字面意思：弯刀）。 左手持盛满精血之颅器，以伸屈之姿镇压四魔，方便智慧无二，天杖（梵文天城体：खट्वाङ्ग，梵文罗马拟音：khaṭvāṅga，汉语字面意思：卡杖嘎）夹于腋下。 身披无惧大力之生象皮，嬉戏于法性之中，以虎皮为裙。 无有烦恼，以人皮缠绕于腰间，以不变法性之金刚身束缚。 五身圆满，以颅骨束发，以无碍智慧之五股金刚杵（梵文天城体：वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：vajra，汉语字面意思：金刚）为饰。 余发下垂，祈请您护持殊胜成就之修行者。

༔ This secret offering of red and white Bodhicitta, is offered as a worship for granting accomplishments. Om Simhamukha Dakini Haha Harini Sa Maha Guhya Shukram Puja Ho. (藏文：བཾ་སིཾ་ཧ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་ཧྱ་ཤུ་ཀྲཾ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོ།) Fourth, offering nectar: Hum! To the Dakini Simhamukha and her retinue, I offer the nectar of medicinal substances: Primordially pure nectar (藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：immortal), the samaya of the five families, wonderfully extraordinary. A medicine that destroys the five poisons when combined with emptiness, I beseech you to partake of the offering of samaya substance nectar. Om Simhamukha Dakini Harini Sa Vajra Amrita Puja Lakha Hi. (藏文：བཾ་སིཾ་ཧ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་པཱུ་ཛ་ལ་ཁཱ་ཧི།) Fifth, offering Torma: Hum! To the Dakini Simhamukha and her retinue, I offer the Torma: In the pure Dharmadhatu Bhanda (梵文天城体：भण्डा，梵文罗马拟音：bhaṇḍa), the balim Torma is arranged. With the enjoyment of red flesh and blood, and the supreme taste of samaya substance nectar, desire goddesses gather like clouds, I offer the wondrous and extraordinary Torma. Om Simhamukha Dakini Harini Sa Maha Balimta Kharam Khahi. (藏文：བཾ་སིཾ་ཧ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི།) Sixth, offering Rakta: Hum! To the Dakini Simhamukha and her retinue, I offer the Rakta: The burning mouth of the Bhanda, which severs the cause of the three realms of samsara. The great essence of Rakta churns like waves, the vapor of blood and fat permeates. The milky ocean is white and radiant, I beseech you to partake of the offering of Rakta, grant me power and accomplishments. Om Simhamukha Dakini Harini Sa Maha Rakta Lakha Kharam Khahi. (藏文：བཾ་སིཾ་ཧ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་མ་ཧཱ་རཀྟ་ལ་ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི།) Thirteenth, Praise: Hum! From the charnel ground of the great secret of self-nature, although not moving from the state of unborn Dharmadhatu. Yet manifesting forms for the sake of taming beings, the chief of Dakinis, with the face of a lion. The supreme mother who gives birth to the Buddhas of the three times, her body is red-black, unbearable to look at, extremely blazing. Wrathful and fierce, she subdues existence and samsara with her power, her three eyes glare, gathering samsara and nirvana under her control. To subdue the bhutas, she opens her mouth and bares her fangs, the sound of her teeth clashing shakes and trembles the three realms. The sun and moon are her shoulder ornaments, unmatched in the three realms, she cuts off the root of afflictions, holding a curved knife (梵文天城体：कर्तरी，梵文罗马拟音：kartari，汉语字面意思：knife) in her right hand. In her left hand, she holds a skull cup filled with essence and blood, she sits in a posture of stretching and contracting, suppressing the four maras, inseparable in method and wisdom, a khatvanga (梵文天城体：खट्वाङ्ग，梵文罗马拟音：khaṭvāṅga，汉语字面意思：staff) is placed under her arm. She wears the raw hide of a fearless and powerful elephant, she plays in the nature of Dharma, wearing a tiger skin as a skirt. She is without afflictions, and wraps a human skin around her waist, she binds her vajra body with the unchanging nature of Dharma. Complete with the five bodies, she binds her hair with skulls, adorned with a five-pronged vajra (梵文天城体：वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：vajra，汉语字面意思：thunderbolt) of unobstructed wisdom.
