If you want to dry heave, stimulate the soles of your feet; If you feel dizzy, in front of your chest, Visualize a huge golden mountain. If you feel your body numb and wandering, Apply sesame oil or rapeseed oil, And drink aged bone marrow. In general, whatever obstacles or calamities arise, Deal with them with emptiness free from attachment. Pray for the purification of all bad karma, sins, and obscurations. May diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles be eliminated. If you can consume it for twenty-one days, You will be liberated from all harm from the Eight Classes of beings. If you can consume it for even longer, The body will become hard and solid like a vajra. The skin will be white and soft, with a youthful complexion, The bones and teeth will be firm, And all the senses will become clear and bright. Life can be extended from ten to a hundred years, And energy and wealth will increase. Happiness and warmth will increase, and wisdom will grow, Limitless splendor will attract Dakinis.
