大宝伏藏TD1164 北藏 普贤 意趣 现证 之附件 寂静 白尊 甘露 钟乳之精粹 提炼法 钟乳之精粹。 伏藏正文。 北藏 普贤 意趣 现证 之附件 寂静 白尊 甘露 钟乳之精粹 提炼法 顶礼上师、本尊、空行母！ 以三门恭敬而祈祷， 为具缘后世瑜伽士， 以修持为心要者， 衣食二者无匮乏， 切莫放逸于散乱！ 外境五大元素与， 自身之躯皆依凭， 衣食自然成就之诀窍， 赐予具缘众生享用。 安坐于舒适之座， 如是了知身之要诀： 两踝如水之轮， 足底压住火之轮。 两腿肚子如水之轮， 手掌压住火之轮。 于上师、本尊、空行母， 以猛烈虔诚而祈祷。 自身内外皆明澈， 观想白色光团。 上行气与下行气，缓慢控制， 脐下四指处观想太阳。 其中心观想红色种子字 རཾ （藏文，ram，ram，然）。 从 རཾ （藏文，ram，ram，然）中燃烧智慧之火， 燃烧至充满心间。 自此生出无量枝， 每根枝条之火焰顶端， 有火焰智慧空行母， 红色舞姿而立， 观想赐予安乐与暖热加持。 于所有毛孔之中， 观想火焰闪烁燃烧。 火焰升至头顶梵穴， 外境世界燃烧成火焰， 自身之躯亦燃烧成火焰， 血肉筋骨无遗余， 皆观想成火焰之山。 若觉知昏沉则燃旺火焰， 若觉知散乱则增广火焰。 火焰之聚合不间断， 若不散乱修持七日， 智慧安乐暖热自内燃， 无需费力寻衣物。 舍弃衣物之勤作而修持。 寂静白尊之修法， 能寂灭一切疾病魔障， 修持甘露钟乳之精粹。 阳钟乳如铁针般， 阴钟乳如凝结之雪， 中性如疏松之冰， 鬼钟乳如腐烂之奶酪。 甘露天神之钟乳， 如白鹅般柔软不伤齿。 潮湿时如柔软之牦牛油， 阳钟乳对阴钟乳吉祥， 阴钟乳对阳钟乳吉祥， 中性二者皆可享用， 鬼钟乳非真物。

With three doors, respectfully connect, For the fortunate future yogis, Taking practice as the essence, Lack of food and clothing is absent, Do not abandon to distraction! The five external elements and, One's own body all rely on, Spontaneous accomplishment of food and clothing, the instruction is shown, May all fortunate ones experience. Sitting on a comfortable seat, Know the key points of the body as follows: Two ankles like wheels of water, Soles of the feet press on the wheel of fire. Two calf muscles like wheels of water, Palms of the hands press on the wheel of fire. To the Guru, Yidam, Dakini, Pray with intense devotion. One's own body, inside and out, is clear, Meditate on a white sphere of light. Upper and lower winds are held gently, Four fingers below the navel, meditate on the sun. In the center, meditate on the red syllable རཾ （Tibetan, ram, ram, seed syllable of fire）. From རཾ （Tibetan, ram, ram, seed syllable of fire）, the fire of wisdom blazes, Blazing to fill the heart. From there, countless branches, At the tip of each branch's flame, A fire wisdom dakini, Standing in a red dancing posture, Meditate on bestowing bliss and warmth. In all the pores of the hair, Meditate on the flames flickering and blazing. The flames rise to the crown of the head, The external world blazes into fire, One's own body also blazes into fire, Flesh, bones, veins, and blood, without exception, All are meditated as a mountain of fire. If awareness is dull, ignite the flames, If awareness is scattered, increase the fire. The gathering of fire is continuous, If you meditate without distraction for seven days, Wisdom, bliss, and warmth blaze from within, No need to strive for clothing. Abandon the effort for clothing and practice. Through the practice of the Pacifying White One, Pacifying all diseases and demons, Practice the essence extraction of Nectar Chongzhi. Male Chongzhi is like a needle, Female Chongzhi is like condensed snow, Neutral is like loose ice, Demon Chongzhi is like rotten cheese. Nectar of the gods, Chongzhi, Like a white goose, soft and does not hurt the teeth.
