No matter what kind of nectar is eaten, one should take refuge and generate bodhicitta in a secluded place, And recite 'Hūṃ' (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) in the mouth, Visualize the Vajra Ḍākinī Pacifier, Upon a lotus sun corpse seat, White, with one face and two arms, Holding a curved knife and skull cup in the right and left hands, Dancing, leaning on a khaṭvāṅga at the waist, Hair loose, pig face residing on the crown of the head, Adorned with a dry skull crown and bone ornaments, Meditate in the center of a white, bright flame. At the navel, in the center of the sun disc, Visualize a crystal five-pronged vajra, In the center of the vajra, visualize a white 'Hūṃ' (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) syllable. Add long pepper, White sugar, mix seven ingredients, Make pills the size of medium sheep droppings.
