Visualize the essence of wisdom dissolving into oneself. Abide in the state of appearance and emptiness as illusion, remaining in equanimity. Place the Jongshi pills (a type of Tibetan medicine) into a skull cup (or any container visualized as a skull cup), holding the left hand in front of the navel. Through a combination of recitation and visualization: 'Oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarvadharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'ham. (藏文:ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿསྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅་ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:ओṃ स्वभावा शुद्धः सर्वधर्माः स्वभावा शुद्धोऽहम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarvadharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'ham,Literal meaning: Om, pure essence, all dharmas, pure essence, I.)' Transform all impure substances of the medicine into emptiness. Recite 'Oṃ ha vajra sarva prati murta hūṃ phaṭ. (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཧ་བཛྲ་སརྦ་པྲ་ཏི་མུརྟ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ ha vajra sarva prati murta hūṃ phaṭ,Literal meaning: Om, ha, vajra, all, image, hūṃ, phaṭ.)' one hundred and eight times or twenty-one times, purifying all toxins in the medicine. Visualize the medicine transforming into nectar with perfect color, smell, taste, and power, possessing a hundred flavors. Recite 'Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ. (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ,Literal meaning: Om, Ah, Hum, Hrih.)' twenty-one times. Again, visualize the pills transforming from the syllable 'Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,Literal meaning: Hūṃ)' into an essence of nectar. Recite 'Oṃ āḥ hūṃ mahā sarva kuṇḍalī hūṃ hrīḥ svāhā. (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་མ་ཧཱ་སརྦ་ཀུཎྜ་ལཱི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ mahā sarva kuṇḍalī hūṃ hrīḥ svāhā,Literal meaning: Om, Ah, Hum, great, all, Kundali, Hum, Hrih, Svaha.)' one hundred and eight times, and through the blessing of the mantra, visualize the medicine increasing immeasurably, then bless it with the mantra of dependent origination. Then, take three or five pills the size of mustard seeds, and if the latter, take them with warm salt water in between each one. Afterward, visualize the fire of wisdom blazing from the 'Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,Literal meaning: Hūṃ)' syllable at the navel, and the nectar boiling in the heart, filling the entire body. Straighten the body and exhale impure air. Hold the breath in the manner of a long inhale and short exhale, pressing down firmly below the navel. Slowly contract the lower breath and hold it for as long as possible. Hold the vajra fist (pressing the index finger at the base of the thumb) with both hands, pressing above the kidneys, and rotate the waist left and right three times. When it becomes unbearable, exhale while reciting 'Ha hūṃ raṃ (藏文:ཧ་ཧཱུྃ་རཾ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:ha hūṃ raṃ,Literal meaning: Ha, Hum, Ram.)' one hundred and eight times, visualizing all the essence of nectar dissolving into the three channels of oneself, thereby experiencing unbearable bliss. Maintain such breathing exercises up to twenty-one times. Finally, rest in a state of great bliss without focus. Dedicate and make aspirations with statements such as 'By this merit may I quickly attain Vajra Dakini (藏文:རྡོ་རྗེ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ནས།),…' and recite auspicious prayers. According to this sequence, begin the practice of the Tsokhor (gathering wheel) from the afternoon of the first day, as described above. From the second to the sixth day, any of the four sessions can be performed, and it would be best if a Tsok offering is made for each session. If this is not possible, perform an elaborate Tsok offering in the morning. For the remaining sessions, focus on the main practice such as the lineage prayer. At night, maintain the body posture without relaxing, hold the subtle breath, and fall asleep peacefully in the state of union of clarity and emptiness. Keep warm. During the breaks between sessions, if you feel joyful and energetic, it is good to do physical exercises and yoga, etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Regarding the removal of obstacles, as the scriptures say: 'Although there are many methods for removing obstacles, in general, whatever obstacles arise, seal them with the mudra of emptiness and non-duality; Offer to the Lama, Yidam, and Dakinis, repeatedly offering pure Torma; Pray that negative karma, sins, and obscurations may be purified; Thus, one can be liberated from demonic influences, obstacles, and hindrances.' Third, the aftermath: At dawn on the seventh day, cook thin porridge and drink a moderate amount. Afterwards, drink good tea again, and then eat delicious rice porridge, eating and drinking to satisfaction, gradually resuming the diet. Perform the Dakini Tsokhor (assembly circle) according to the established procedures. From offering the leftovers and releasing prisoners, to the dedication and auspicious prayers, everything should be carried out in detail according to their respective rituals. In addition, beginners can practice for seven days, and after becoming accustomed, it can be extended to fourteen days, twenty-one days, etc. The benefits of practicing in this way are stated in the scriptures: 'If one eats the Siddhi of Vajra Dakini, for seven days one will be liberated from the eons of famine; If one eats for fourteen days, all insect-borne diseases will be purified; If one eats for twenty-one days, one will be liberated from the harm of the eight classes of spirits; If one eats more than this, the body will become as hard and solid as a vajra; The skin will be white and soft, and youth will be restored; The bones and teeth will be firm; All the senses will be clear and bright; Ten years can be lived to a hundred; Bindu (Thigle) and wealth will increase; Warmth and bliss will blaze, and realization will arise; Infinite splendor, Dakinis will gather; One will not be harmed by disease or weapons; Possessing all qualities, immeasurable; Those with karma should strive to practice.' These and other statements indicate that one can obtain temporary and ultimate benefits beyond comprehension. The great accomplished Thangtong Gyalpo also relied on this profound essence extraction method to gain the life and youth of Vajrasattva If you want to know more about removing obstacles and changing medicines, you must learn from the root treasure scriptures. This is a chapter that brings together the practice methods and the heart of the visualization sequence for extracting the essence of nectar longevity. May there be auspiciousness! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
