舍弃世俗，生起定解和厌离，在寂静之处独自修行，保持坚韧。 减少杂念，日夜以佛法度日，效仿前辈大德，最终成就悉地。 生生世世，愿能解脱疾病、战争、饥荒等一切恶缘，脱离恶趣的悬崖。 愿能远离违缘和障碍，增长寿命和智慧，调伏显现，摧毁烦恼、邪魔。 愿能成就一切事业，获得金刚之身！ 愿能调伏风息和心念，使妄念融入智慧明点（duti）。 愿能自燃乐暖，增长觉受和证悟，对见、修、行、果不谬解，证悟其真实意义。 愿能证悟自他、轮回涅槃无二无别的境界，成就圆满正觉，从三界中彻底解脱，获得法界！ 以上是传承祈请文，念诵之前，皈依发心： 皈依上师、三宝、本尊，以恭敬心寻求庇护，直至虚空边际。 为了获得无上菩提，我将修持金刚瑜伽母。 （念诵三遍） 愿一切众生具乐及乐因（慈），愿一切众生离苦及苦因（悲），愿一切众生永不离无苦之乐（喜），愿一切众生远离亲疏爱憎，住平等舍（舍）。（修持四无量心） 自生本尊： 吽！以口中念诵‘吽’字，刹那间观想自己圆满成为 金刚瑜伽母息灭者，于莲花、日轮、人尸座垫之上， 白色身，一面二臂， 右手持钺刀，左手持颅碗，以舞姿右屈左伸，天杖（Khatvanga）倚于腰间， 头发散乱，猪面朝向右后方于右耳后，顶上有慢。 以颅骨为头饰，以骨饰庄严，身色洁白，于火焰中显现。 于肚脐处，于日轮中央，有五股金刚杵， 于金刚杵中央，有白色明亮吽字。 于心间四瓣莲花中央，有白色哈字放光。 因此观想吽让（种子字）之火燃烧，光明向外照射，供养圣众， 收回融入，智慧融入自身，观想万法如幻如梦。 如是明观后，修持拙火燃滴：外观想幻身之内的空隙，观想自身为金刚亥母白色身，如透明且无有阻碍的薄纱。 内观想清净脉之内的空隙，观想头脉、中脉及三脉五轮，各自清晰明了。 秘密观想拙火，增益火的能量。于三脉的交汇处，在日轮座垫上，观想阿字（种子字，藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：无）和夏字（种子字，藏文：ཤད，梵文天城体：क्ष，梵文罗马拟音：ksha，汉语字面意思：灭）如细小闪电般。 观想肚脐的日轮中央，有五股金刚杵，其中心有白色明亮的吽字（种子字，藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुṃ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。 于心间四瓣莲花中央，有白色哈字（种子字，藏文：ཧ，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：哈）放光。观想拙火从阿夏（种子字）燃烧到肚脐的吽字（种子字）。 通过放射和收回光芒来供养圣众，

Renounce worldliness, generate certainty and renunciation, practice alone in a secluded place, and maintain perseverance. Reduce distractions, spend days and nights with Dharma, emulate the previous great masters, and ultimately accomplish siddhi. In all lifetimes, may I be liberated from all bad conditions such as disease, war, and famine, and escape the precipice of the lower realms. May I be free from adverse conditions and obscurations, increase lifespan and wisdom, subdue appearances, and destroy afflictions and evil spirits. May I accomplish all activities and attain the Vajra body! May I subdue the winds and mind, and dissolve thoughts into the wisdom bindu (duti). May I self-ignite bliss and warmth, increase experiences and realizations, and understand the correct view, meditation, conduct, and result. May I realize the inseparability of self and others, samsara and nirvana, attain perfect enlightenment, be completely liberated from the three realms, and attain Dharmadhatu! The above is the lineage supplication. Before reciting, take refuge and generate bodhicitta: I take refuge in the Guru, Three Jewels, and Yidam deities, seeking protection with reverence, until the edge of space. In order to attain the supreme, unsurpassed enlightenment, I will practice Vajrayogini. (Recite three times) May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness (loving-kindness), may all sentient beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering (compassion), may all sentient beings never be separated from the bliss without suffering (joy), may all sentient beings abide in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion to loved ones and enemies (equanimity). (Practice the Four Immeasurables) Self-Generation: Hūṃ! By uttering 'Hūṃ' from the mouth, instantly visualize oneself perfectly as Vajrayogini, the Pacifier, upon a lotus, sun disc, and human corpse seat, White in color, with one face and two arms, Holding a curved knife in the right hand and a skull cup in the left, in a dancing posture with the right leg bent and the left leg extended, the Khatvanga leaning against the waist, Hair disheveled, with a pig face facing backwards on the right side behind the right ear, and a slow on the crown of the head. Adorned with a skull crown and bone ornaments, clear white in color, appearing amidst flames. At the navel center, in the middle of the sun disc, there is a five-pronged crystal Vajra, In the center of the Vajra, there is a clear white Hūṃ. In the center of the four-petaled lotus at the heart, there is a white Ha radiating light. Therefore, visualize the fire of Hūṃ Raṃ burning, light radiating outwards, offering to the noble ones, Gathering back and dissolving into oneself, visualize appearances as empty and illusory. Having clarified this, practice the burning and dripping of Tummo: Externally, visualize the emptiness within the illusory body, visualize oneself as the white form of Vajravarahi, clear and transparent like a thin veil. Internally, visualize the emptiness within the pure channels, visualize the head channel, central channel, and the five chakras of the three channels, each clear and distinct. Secretly, visualize Tummo, increasing the energy of the fire. At the junction of the three channels, on the sun disc seat, visualize A (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: None) and Ksha (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཤད, Devanagari: क्ष, Romanized Sanskrit: ksha, Literal meaning: Destruction) like tiny lightning bolts. Visualize in the center of the sun disc at the navel, there is a five-pronged crystal Vajra, with a clear white Hūṃ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) in its center. In the center of the four-petaled lotus at the heart, there is a white Ha (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal meaning: Ha) radiating light. Visualize the Tummo fire burning from A Ksha (seed syllable) to the Hūṃ (seed syllable) at the navel.
