Its power is great, like a thunderbolt, especially suppressing lung diseases. It cannot be affected by imbalances of phlegm, bile, etc. It pacifies all chronic diseases. 9. Another method for extracting essence: Always take two and a half portions of 'Tagtu Ngu' (Tibetan: རྟག་ཏུ་ངུ, literally: always crying), mix it with one portion of roasted barley flour, and make a thick porridge. Add as much old butter as available and cook it. Make it as thin as sheep's yogurt, offer three portions in the morning, and drink a little each time. It clarifies the mind, sharpens the intellect, and distinguishes the essence, so this essence is sufficient. 10. To increase wisdom: You need 'Tagtu Ngu' (Tibetan: རྟག་ཏུ་ངུ, literally: always crying), black agarwood, heartwood of the Zho Sha tree, nutmeg, and the 'Wisdom Dew Grass'—this grass grows in all mountains. The shape of its root is: one main root coiled into a ball, with five tips, the color is rough white, touching the tongue feels like it will ulcerate, the leaves are about the size of a palm, growing at the junction of cliffs and snow. Those without merit cannot find it. Mix these ingredients with the two 'Thigle' (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: dot), make pills the size of Indian Arura fruit, and eating them will generate unobstructed wisdom. 11. Another method to reduce sleep and sharpen eyesight: You need owl, horned owl, fish bile, the liver and bile of an old sow, and bear liver and bile, six in total. With Indian Arura fruit as the main ingredient of the three fruits, mix these ingredients equally, mix with goat cheese, and eating it will sharpen eyesight and reduce sleep. 12. If you are giving 'Jes Nang' (Tibetan: རྗེས་གནང, literally: subsequent permission, initiation), make a 'Torma' (Tibetan: གཏོར་མ, literally: offering cake, torma) of the Dakinis, place it on the disciple's head, visualize yourself as the Yidam, and pray fiercely to the 'Lama' (Tibetan: བླ་མ, literally: the highest one, lama). Visualize the medicine dissolving into the disciple's crown, practice Lama Yoga, and then let go of all attachments. 13. Another method: Add a piece of unrotten marmot meat to the previous medicine, grind five 'Ratna' (Tibetan: རཏྣ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रत्न, Sanskrit Romanization: ratna, Chinese literal meaning: jewel), and place it in a good skull. During solar or lunar eclipses, arrange 'Puja' (Tibetan: པཱུ་ཛ, Sanskrit Devanagari: पूजा, Sanskrit Romanization: pūjā, Chinese literal meaning: offering), and recite the mantra of 'Hayagriva' (Tibetan: རྟ་མགྲིན, literally: horse neck) three hundred thousand times. Eating it for six months will make the body strong, the senses sharp, the eyes clear, the strength great, the body light, the skin smooth, and control everything. This has immeasurable benefits. 14. Another essence extraction method of 'Tagtu Ngu' (Tibetan: རྟག་ཏུ་ངུ, literally: always crying): Grind 'Tagtu Ngu' (Tibetan: རྟག་ཏུ་ངུ, literally: always crying) into powder, mix it with barley or wheat flour, add a little sesame and Arura fruit, mix with butter and honey. Eating it for six months will make the body strong, and prolong life, especially it will generate 'Bodhicitta' (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས, literally: mind of enlightenment, bodhicitta). 15. Another method: Mix the dried relics of the 'Lama' (Tibetan: བླ་མ, literally: the highest one, lama) with 'Tagtu Ngu' (Tibetan: རྟག་ཏུ་ངུ, literally: always crying), put it in a new earthenware pot, fill it with your own image of 'Achala' (literally: the immovable one, Acala), and then dry it. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also, mix earth spirits (ས་བདུད) with nectar and consume for six months. Light will emanate from every pore of the body, and one will be able to benefit sentient beings. Another method: mix garlic juice with black sesame oil, consume and massage for six months. This prevents chapped hands and feet, brings comfort to the body, brightens the complexion, sharpens eyesight, and increases vitality. During this time, avoid foods that cause discomfort, such as: hard foods, spicy foods, strenuous exercise and walking, rotten meat and fish, foul-smelling vegetables, and sour wine. For any kind of meat dish, always add the powder of haritaki (རྟག་ཏུ་ངུ,梵文:harītakī,梵文天城体:हरीतकी,梵文罗马音:haritaki, literal meaning: haritaki), grind it into small pills, about the size of a little finger, fry them in ghee and eat, or mix with good cream, and consume every morning for four months, and you will obtain the same benefits as above. Another method: mix oil, black sesame oil, and three fruits (presumably haritaki, vibhitaka, and amalaki) with six haritaki, consume every morning for six months. This delays aging, strengthens the body, sharpens the senses, and maintains vitality. Avoiding snake meat improves the body's condition, while eating white meat makes the complexion fair and prolongs life. Another method: mix one cup of amalaki, one cup of snake meat, and one cup of haritaki, add honey, and blend with good cream, consume within two months. This increases physical strength, sharpens vision, clears the mind, makes the senses agile, and brings immeasurable longevity and merit. Another method: mix a handful of good zhongxi (a herb) with haritaki, readily available amalaki, and sugar, add a teaspoon of gan powder (a type of flour) on an empty stomach, and continue for one year. This gives strength like a lion, endurance like a donkey and mule, strong teeth that can chew anything, sharp eyesight, keen hearing, a light body, and a lifespan of a hundred years. It attracts dakinis (ཌཱ་ཀི་,梵文:ḍākinī,梵文罗马音:dakini, literal meaning: dakini), and brings endless merit. Furthermore, mixing amalaki, Indian haritaki, and brown sugar, and consuming on an empty stomach, yields similar benefits as above. Mixing the juice of medicine, musk, cream, and white sesame juice, and dripping into the nostrils of a dying person, can revive them. Mixing it with sesame oil and consuming for six months makes the body full and radiant, like the rising sun. Dripping the juice of amalaki into the nostrils relieves headaches, chest tightness, and tongue discomfort. Mixing the smoke of garlic and sesame oil allows one to live for a thousand years. Mixing the juice of amalaki with ground beef, making a paste, rolling into balls, frying in cream, and eating, gives strength equivalent to ten people. All these should be done during the new moon with the intention of benefiting sentient beings. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
